I missed you!! Thankfully I’ve had your binder this whole time, I love it!! I would also love a video on typical things coordinators will and won’t do on the day/things you might need to clarify (maybe in the contract) and not assume your coordinator will do, like move floral displays. Also, if I want to rent charger plates, who places them on the tables?? The coordinator, the venue staff, or the rental company? I never know who to ask first

I’m curious how you went about it. My fiancé thinks we have to have lots of money to have a wedding so we haven’t even thought about it right now… I try to explain to him there’s ways around certain things but there is probably things I forget about. But then again, my mom and dad got married without a wedding with just them two at a beautiful park. But I’m just curious how you went about things!

I’m not married and I’ve already learned about mistake number 4 by being a bridesmaid. We got our dresses 6 months in advance and lost too much weight and had to get it redone.

To avoid the first issue I decided to have a small registry office wedding just with our parents in the morning then a humanist ceremony in a non licenced building opening up our venue options and making it much cheaper!
