We are looking at some more interesting budget commanders. This is the tenth video in this series. We want to focus on commanders that have a black color identity and make use of unusual mechanics. These are important to keep your opponents off guard and includes some great budget cards in the 99 to get the decks started. We talk about using these commanders and their usefulness in greater detail.
