Hey Heather, I’ve learned a lot from your channel. But I wanted to say, do not ever apologize if someone makes fun of you miss pronouncing some thing! That’s ridiculous. We’re not in middle school. Plus, I don’t even think you did!
Loved the video ❤ thank you! Another way to edit around the hair in a mock up is to duplicate the mock up (don’t have it set as the bg) and on the top image, use remove bg app and delete all around the hair. Then you place your design in between those mock up images, and it will look like the hair is on top of the design. 🤩
Can't wait. Mockups really slow my process down. I find I will pick shirt colors based on what mockups I can find that look nice with my design. Or, I make one in MidJourney after several attempts to kind of get one that will work. Which is really tricky because I want the customer to see what the real shirt will actually look like.
Agreed with the mockups that the shirts make the designs nice! I sometimes mockup shop before designing and the mockups have inspired the aesthetic and future designs I do as well. Hopefully this video helps! ❤
Oh man, my mind is blown. I can't believe it. I use this hack for the first time today because I watched a tutorial from Mandy yesterday that let me in on this cool hack and now again today I'm seeing you talk about it. How did I not know this all this time! What a game changer!
Haha yay!! So happy we both created videos that help. I didn't realize she also posted a similar video, it seems like we are in the mock-up hack season of YT tutorials and I love it!! 💕
Hi Heather thanks for another excellent video! Yes PLEASE can you do a tutorial on how to do mock-ups on Photopea that has overlaying hair and such. I actually sell mostly digital products like wall art and notebooks with overlaying plants or pens and am dying to see a tutorial using smart layers on photopea as I can’t easily figure it out and am just starting to learn all this! Thanks in advance!! ❤
Yes, please on the photopea tutorial. Please.😊 Girl, my train left the station, a long time ago. Lol😂Thanks Heather, can’t wait for the upcoming videos.
Thank you sooooo much for sharing this Canva drag n drop tip. I feel like this is going to supercharge my mockup process. I already had everything saved in a template that I would then copy over for each design I made and felt it could be quicker. This is the answer! Thank you!
Hey Heather, thanks for sharing these helpful tips. We have opened three shops but no products yet. I downloaded three mockups from CF yesterday. The tumbler mockup works fine in Canva when I drag the image over it, and then it snaps into place once I send it backward. However, the two wall art mockups don't work as the image does not want to snap into place. Please, could you assist with a video on how to get different kinds of mockups to work when you need to snap the image perfectly into the frame of any mockup? I don't know what I may be missing. I contacted Canva, and none of the five things they suggested solves the problem.
Im confused, so you only offer 5 colors, but you said you offer other colors in your business, can you please explain? Also, would you mind sharing what five colors you sell?
If there is anyone on her who knows, please help. I want to start out selling maybe 5 colors, and I would like to know what colors Heather sells or what she means by selling 5 colors.
I see watermarks on your shirt mockups... do you recommend watermarks in general, or in special situations? I design and sell phone cases mainly, most of which are original designs. Thanks!
I always recommend watermarks now! It protects your IP and in the case someone screenshots/downloads your images you can use the watermarks in their shop as proof you are the original owner.
I understand that you've converted around 450K. With the additional information I now have, did you manage to achieve this in three years? Congratulations. What is your strong suit, Heather?
Hi Heather, as you are doing the shadow, I noticed that the design is underneath the hair. How do you get the design underneath the hair with Canva? Thanks 😊
@@ibendivanno4270 haha! I do this all the time as well when I watch tutorials/courses and then realize the question was answered later. Thanks for watching and supporting my content! ❤
