As a single guy I like that you don't use any weird exotic ingredients and just stick with the basic stuff like butter, salt, pepper, vinegar etc... Also the use of pre made stuff like cake mixes and canned stuff is very creative!
I need one of those magic cutting boards like you have. Just laying the food on it and having it instantly be cut up would save me SO much time. Five more recipes that look really good, very helpful with my meal prep plans for upcoming weeks and months.

Hello Julia. Have a small suggestion, when doing sheet pan meal with potatoes, get your potatoes on and cooking in advance of all the other ingredients. Potatoes have a longer cooking time than anything else you’d be cooking. If not, you’ll dry out all the other ingredients while waiting for the potatoes to completely tenderize.

These all look scrumptious! 💕 My mom used to make a sheet pan meal (actually baking dish) with round steak, potatoes, canned corn and canned green beans, a packet of onion soup mix and some water. It really was good, but grown-up me would definitely go for fresh veggies!

I never could understand why people wouldn't put their ingredients in a bowl first to mix everything together and then put on sheet pan. Its so much easier.
Did up a few of your recipes and threw them in the freezer this weekend. Now I have sheet pan meals to try. So great with cooler temps to use the oven now.

love the sheet pan dinners. i can't have potatoes, so i will be substituting another veggie for those. but these are great for my busy mornings. hubby goes to work at 1 pm. so dinner has to be on the table by noon.

Love your sheet pan meals. I have found vegies drizzled with teriyaki sauce along with the chicken is yummy. Zucchini is great with this sauce, too. I like being able to adapt the amounts for the two of us and that there is barely any clean up.

Ive never seen such simple sheet recipes! lol. I just have work I go to for 9 hours, and reheat frozen meals, and eat the same sandwhich for lunch, but now I want to make these things!!!
