Well in this video I’m going to reveal them and then rank them by how good of an investment they actually are, because when it comes to property: cheaper doesn’t always mean better.
Plus, at the end I am going to give you 2 bonus cities that aren’t necessarily the cheapest, but are extremely good value for money!
So today the aim is to understand the 5 cheapest places and cities to buy in the UK in 2024 and then we will look at whether they are also the best places to buy in the UK in 2024.

Renting in Doncaster and Middlesbrough is daunting with finding good tenants. Landlords are selling with tenants insitu, however old tenants are not prepared to pay more than £500 in a month. This does not reflect current mortgage rates.

Had a friend from London who invested in Middlesbrough because it was "cheaper"... even though most of the house prices have hardly moved in 20 years. Tenants have been a nightmare even the one that looked good on paper. Agents are a rip off... tell you you can get a huge amount.. advertised for three months no tenants... eventually got a tenant that trashed the house. After 6 months... got another tenant ... rent delays and trashed the house... every 6 months tenants have had to leave. In the end cost him so much headache still empty, boiler damaged, windows and floor trashed.... now property still empty in need of yet another renovation... so much stress And headache for him as it's hemorrhaging money monthly..... sometimes better not to buy in these areas and keep your sanity. Better to save more and invest in a bigger city with industries and employers.....

With one of the biggest sites in Europe for carbon capture being developed in Teesside Middlesbrough and Redcar will be places to rent as there will be good paying jobs and a whole new infrastructure and industry to support it all

Developments in Liverpool have a dodgy reputation because the developers are from Liverpool

Ireland isn't in the UK. Your video is offensive. Please update it.

You are assuming that the property market is not efficient. What evidence is there for that?

If you have alot of money to buy a home, and you can rent it yes it's worth it seen there's alot of people living there and moving to london.

A lot depends on what the incoming Labour government do because they've made it clear that they hate private landlords!
