The bouillon has so much more flavor. My way of cooking has changed forever with watching you make meals by using up the meat you cook. My son stopped complaining about leftovers cause he doesn’t know he’s eating them by making something else with the same protein I cooked earlier in the week.

I've really gone all in with transforming leftovers. We end up using ALL of our groceries up, rather than letting them rot. 😂 last weekend we had tacos. We had half a lb of meat leftover so I made it into taco soup with 2 cans of black beans, a can of tomatoes, frozen corn, and some broth. Ate it with cheese, SC, cilantro and some tortilla chip crumbs. It made 8 hefty bowls. This weekend I'm making meals for 3 diff families who have lost loved ones. I have a family pack of chicken breast on my grocery order. Rice cooking right now. The quality of our food, cooking at home is so much better. Thank u for these videos! It shows how to do it FAST! ❤

LOVE YOUR OLD SCHOOL RECIPES AND STYLE. HAVE YOU TRIED "BETTER THAN BOUILLON" ONCE I TRIED IT I NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS IT'S MY OWN HOMEMADE LOL. IF NOT TRIED GIVE IT AGO YOU WONT REGRET IT. HAPPY COOKING!!!

I enjoyed watching your video .. yum yum … I pressure can meats which includes “ ugly chicken” which is chicken breast & I also can the boneless thighs . My chicken is ready on to open & use any meal. We have many options . Thank you ..Linda

Corn starch I love it, my favorite thickener! Definitely bullion over pre-made, sooooo much less expensive and I think it tastes better too

Yum! They all look delicious! I have problems eating corn products, so I use arrowroot as a thickener & it works great too. I agree that the stock powder or cubes taste better to me too. We use Massel stock cubes which are delicious & are GF.🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨

These recipes all look so delicious! Tawra, I am bringing food to a friend who just had major surgery. I want to bring soup and I know it’s best to not give dishes I want back. How would you suggest bringing the soup? What kind of container? I’d prefer to use glass.

We all have different dietary preferences, I use boxed broth that is lower sodium for health reasons. All of that bullion and added salt would be wayyyy too salty for my family.

Frozen chicken is cooked in 25 minutes in the IP. Why did you cook it for an hour and a half?

I'm fairly new from the other channel- Things I'm surprised by: minced garlic in a jar, bullion cubes and powder, premade broth, metal utensils in a nonstick pan, pre-shredded cheese [all pleasant surprises to save me feeling bad my health needs shortcuts] Things I'm not surprised by: Tawra has skin of steel that can cut a jalepeno by hand (my hands and everything they touched for 3 days would be burning. I can eat it just not touch it 🤷‍♀️), breaking the noodles (thank you, why the stigma against cutting noodles to fit the pot?)

The noodle thing comes from noodles representing a long life. By breaking the noodles, it's like wishing your family short lives. I break it, too. My Nonna is rolling in her grave. 😂

There's no reason to wash meat. Unless you're using soap, you're not cleaning anything, just spreading bacteria all over your kitchen.

@@supereasyrecipe True but you still need to wash it you don’t know if it was dropped and has grit on it or something worse. And sanitize everything raw chicken touches or the water splashes on. Wash all meats well and pat dry before cooking, ground meat is the only one that can’t be washed.

Eww I would have washed. My chicken breast. And Would have gotten a different spoon after tasting it. Idk.. my family would not want to eat the same protein for a week straight. Maybe freeze some in different containers. And get them out as needed.

Not sure why you would want to splat bacteria laden chicken juice all over your kitchen washing it but to each his own. It dies at 165 there's 0 reason to wash it. As for eating the same protein for a week...if you aren't hurting for money then go for it.
