My granny taught me at a young age to roll the roast in flour with heavy salt & pepper then sear it all the way around in the cast iron skillet (we called Mr greasy) with a little crisco until browned all the way around. Then set a top the bed of carrots, onion & potatoes in the roaster and cover very tightly and cook at 225-300 til supper depending how close to noon it went in. 😆 She followed same temp/timing for spiral ham with butter & mushroom stuffed layers lol, cover & cook around 250 give or take, most of the day. 🤪

I know after a while all you have said to you everything starts to seem critical or petty but I was just given a suggestion to an ol friend.

What a coincidence. I made dough for some freezer pizzas today and added homemade Greek seasoning for first time. Oh my Goodness! Dave was amazingly good. Definitely actor material at such a young age. Good work!
I usually use naan and love Caesar dressing instead of tomato sauce. top with cooked bacon, onion and mozzarella cheese if lazy day, or goat cheese, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, onion, and mozzarella if feeling more energetic.

I just made the pizza with Jimmy John's bread. They sell the "day old" bread for 65 cents. I used homemade sauce too. We love pizza around here. OMG! Dave is so young. What a great video.

I use naam ( 8-10”) I usually cut up pitted green or black olives Put spaghetti sauce on top of naam, then olive pieces, top with mozz slices Bake for about 12-15 min until crispy crust and browned cheese. ❤❤cheaper than takeout and good ingredients and baked like we like.
