I really admire what you are doing -- the strength and character it takes to pull these miles in the Rockies. I wish everyone could see your videos and understand how the best of the human spirit is out there, every day, walking up and down mountains like these, just because they're beautiful.
Pop Tarts were always in my flyaway bag when I was in the AF. Pure sugar-they filled your belly and gave me enough energy to get through to day. That High Lonesome 100 miler is crazy- must have been the head lamps you saw running through the woods. Keep on hike’n!
