Kontrol Freaks are the same and more expensive but can give better grip(I've used both of those) while also adding height for better aiming on FPS games. There are many different types for your needs.

you see , you may think 10$ is not a lot , but if you think about what these things really are you start to realise , its a bunch of plastics , magnets , rubbers , nothing more and you are paying a huge price in comparasion to what you should be paying for if you only paid for the materials , it would be about 1$

My Xbox 360 controller's left stick is starting to be very worn down, after it served me for years of gaming Damn, the quality of that controller is incredible, but it eventually wears down as well (just in a different way from that PS4 one, still usable)

If you like those grips, try Kontrol Freeks. I can't go back. They're a little more expensive, but worth it. The Kontrol Freek Alpha grips are amazing.
