I used to think that I would just use a single journal for everything, apparently that confused the heck out of me!! Great to know that I can journal in different themes, my perfectionist self is soooo thankful!!!
I' am a journaler but not traveling anymore cannot go anywhere i am stuck your vids are so good help for me to continue to create I love it very much😘😘
I am a reader. Like a reader reader. And for the past years, i put my reviews in my ig account. But i got tired (i guess of doing it). Now..you just have given me the best idea possible Ms.Abbey. Book journaling.. i just want to share, before i am into fiction novels with mental health as the main plot. It made me feel like i am not alone. Now i am moving into a non fiction genre, buying and reading more self-help books. Thank you for this vlog ms abbey.
Hi Abbey! I will (hopefully) start my journaling journey this year and I'm so inspired by your videos, ideas and tips! I'm binge-watching them to understand more of journaling.
Wow you are so neat! I like the separate journals, book review journal and just all of them! I do collages journaling, I do book reviews and memory keeping with photos but all in one huge journal.. I think I will separate subjects in different journals next year! Thanks for sharing!
Can I ask what were the pens that you've used in the Coffee Journal/Log? Also, I love how you've noticed that Arts, Books, & Coffee also stands for ABC hehe!~
These are great ideas! Thank you for making this video. 😊 I might try the Books log, since I'm an avid reader. It's a good way to analyze and write down my thoughts about the story. Now I can use some of my blank notebooks. 😁
Wow it is so inspiring Abbey! I really love the book log, as well as the coffee journal and the art ! 😁 I went to a Hopper exhibition this week and I saved the leaflet for my journal of course ☺️☺️
The movies one and the coffee one are great ideas! And I love how you've laid them out, so clean and neat. Ages ago i've started (sort of) reviewing movies in my "anything and everything" journal, but I think I'll just use a thin notebook so all of the reviews are in one notebook instead of mixed in with random entries. Thanks for sharing your ideas!
I tried doing that too but had a hard time backtracking so I decided to separate some of them instead :) Hope these work and help you with your systems!
Most of the Capricorn traits resonate me the most, like being mature and goal oriented; while I despise becoming 'bossy' but leadership seems to be a hidden trait. :)) Also, such brilliant ideas right there (especially the art-chive, such an invention)
Thank u for the ideas!! Specially w/ online class it'd be hard to paint and Journaling seems to be the easiest way to take breaks huehue, thanks achi 💛
Love all these! I resonate with the affirmations theme since I already do it. Like you, it helps me with anxiety and motivates me. I do it regularly esp during this pandemic. Words have power and so writing down affirmations somehow trains my mind to think more positively. I'm excited to do more Book journaling, hope I get the motivation to finish a book too :)
love the coffee log, i enjoy coffee shop hoping, i do miss chilling at coffee shops~ i always enjoy watching your different videos, it gets me inspired and thus i do journal from time to time hihihi~
Love these ideas, Abbey! 💖 Other prompts I personally use are: start/stop/continue, if my feelings were music playlists, favorite TED talks, simple and sometimes silly reasons why life is awesome. 📝🤗
@@AbbeySy I do it during my weekly reset/Sunday life admin day! ✨ Under the start column, I put all items na I want to begin whether project, habit, intention, etc. Same idea applies for the continue and stop columns pero guided by the action verbs "continue" and "stop." Super helpful to keep track of how I've been doing week to week in terms of mental health, creativity, kindness to myself, habit-tracking, etc. 🤗
