I'm a white guy working for a hispanic boss and while we have our communication problems, he is the best boss Ive ever had. Ive learned a lot about not only work ethic but also how to separate work and home life and how important that is. Home time is family time. That has transformed my life for the better and my marriage is stronger and more passionate than ever. His wife bring us all sorts of amazing foods every Saturday for lunch. It's crazy how many different ways they approach foods from different regions of Mexico. Truly amazing persons.
You’re not joking about the party for any reason. My Mexican neighbors built a driveway and when they finished it they threw a party for that reason. 😂
I love the Hispanic/Latino way of relating! I lived in Mexico for five years. Grew to enjoy the warmth in human connections. Saw this in Argentina, a very different country, too. Now that I'm home again I'm struck by how distant we are from one another, physically and emotionally. It's sad, really ..
Yes, us Mexican people are very affectionate and love to hug. As for them preferring women to stay in the home, it has a lot to do with us being very traditional, that's how most of us are raised. Yes, we love to party, mainly because we love to be in good company whether it's our family, or friends. We like to enjoy life.
i'm anglo and Yankee- From NE USA and my husband is Mexican-Arab and let me tell you, I am still struggling and Yes,... I have schooling Spanish and I get along better with Colombian and Equadorians speaking Spanish than my Mexican husband LOL.
Im Mexican, born and raised in Mexico and now married to... my wife is White. Not all Mexicans are affectionate. I know I dont give hugs as much as I should. My wife will hug me more than I will hug her. I personally believe this is because of the way I was raised back in the day. Love/affection wasnt shown to me very much as a child. My dad spent years in the US working to provide for us. Mom always worked. I think this has resulted on me not being affectionate. I do love my wife. I can't see myself married to a Mexican woman lol love my Guerita
Yes and we do believe live languages also still play a role. The hugging we were talking about was honestly more about friends and acquaintances as forms of greeting. Thanks for watching !
From my experience so I've been told plenty of times that most men desire a Latina woman. So your actually the 1st person I heard say that you can't see yourself married to a Mexican woman?
@@gabriellemartinez4960 yep! don’t get me wrong, there are some gorgeous Mexican woman out there… but they’re not for me. I love me a white American woman instead. She’s also part German
Also there is the funny thing that happens where a lot of issuez or interpersonal items are not discussed regularly, but instead all come out in large emotional outpouring and then periods of silence and denial. I am used to steady stream of discussion and emotional displays of affection with occassional drama.😂
I have had culture shock being married to multi european mixed American. They have such a funny impersonal way of interacting with lots of people even their own families. And that is just the beginning.😆
O can definitely relate to what you said about the Spanish. Thd Spanish learned in classes, online studies etc. Is completely different. I need a class that teaches the REAL SPANISH
Oh how cool! My late husband used to say he wondered how me and my family didn't get chapped lips bc we kissed each other all the time, lol. 😊We hug and kiss and really show our love and appreciation for each other. It's just who we are.
I never noticed the affection as a thing until I hit puberty and I received kissed from my aunts and I was a rocker trying to be against everything lol.
Visiting the inlaws in Mexico can be a 8 day party everyone that related shows up to celebrate our visit I have to mention I'm usually having to pay for the food and drink😅
1. Not true their is a lot of mexican who are low key.2 the Spanish is based on region unfortunately we use a lot if slang3 .yes majority of women are more traditional But that depends on the situation.5. Food is not always hoist on you but a drink is. 6. A hug is an easy hug not a bear hug not in my mexican home their is only hand shake.you have to understand that a lot of behaviors very depending on the region just like the food and even some of the customs
My nephew learned spainish in school and college. My friend from Mexico said my nephew speaks. Proper spainish. I ask what he means? He said mexican speak hillbilly spainish. Joe speak Spanish spainish. Like different American english to England English.
Mexican man usually date outside the culture Its because many of us are very cloy-ly, like we cloy aaaaalooot, and many mexican women like "real men" ive dated only 3 mexican women, never lasted as i dont drink, smoke or party, i just work on weekdays and spend time going out to malls or other places. And yes im mexican xd
I an a lady in the US, who has a crush on a Mexican man who is 10 years younger than I. For near a year he has been a Gyrokinesis trainer. After a few months of his class, a crush developed. He is 50's and has said positive statements OR HE PICKS ON ME. Which makes me laugh, I really like that he makes me laugh. NOW, I wonder how to gracefully give him my telephone number with a message that we may have much in common. Requesting any thoughts that Bunny may offer.
Well, if you ask him about interesting Mexican food he might invite you to try something new, and the relationship will grow step by step As Mexicans we love to share our culture.
Well of course you do Joy! I never understood why a women would not go after a man you like. It's crazy not to! Just tell him you enjoy being around him, give him your number and ask him to hang out with you? Go do something he likes to do. If you are toxic, hateful, angry, please leave him alone. Please don't hurt a man.
@@BeADad2447 I have done lots of work on myself to be a positive non complaining lady, learned what I did wrong in previous relationships. I am building my courage to give him my phone number if he would like to '' hang out '' sometimes. Thank Q for you encouragement, I appreciate you,
All men are different. Some men didnt have a lot of girlfriends in their youth so they seem to value more their current gfs, this guy seems the kind of guy that doesnt get a lot of dates so i guess he cherishes his wife more
Some men carry years of pain inflicted by women and we don't talk about it. Do you know how to treat a man? I don't know the situation. If you always treat him with respect, kindness a man would want to be close to you and will feel love for you. 1. Husbands love your wives 2. Wives submit to your husbands We do terrible damage to each other when we fail to follow these 2 commandments from God. Nobody knows these rules and every divorce and broken home is the result of violating these 2 rules.
Which is a good I think, I respect them for being so traditional, over in the States if you're romantic you're labeled a simp & in Mexico you're a Gentleman
