Yeah, I agree with the person that said that a pool would be really nice. I also think that it would probably be good to have a shuttle bus to go back and forth from the community to the town. They could do that for all their communities. It would make it easier for elderly people who may not be able to drive to stay in their homes. I used to live in a town that used to have a bus like that.
Randy you and Amanda are such great humans. Nice to see no greed with ITH. Thank You all at ITH. You will be blessed. Keep going. The mountain is beautiful.
I bought a used DBL wide in a park in Florida four years ago at a very good price. I now know one big reason why, when I moved in Nov. of 2020 , my lot rent was $849 a month, It is now $1175! a month!! 😮. I had to retire early for health reasons. I am 60 years old now , and starting on my fixed income. When I was younger, I really didn't worry, I would just work more, etc. I can no longer do that, and it is concerning. God bless y'all 🙏, and prayers for all that are struggling.
This is happening in our park in boise Idaho. I've been watching this channel since the beginning. I was one of the first ones when you had the drawing for a home. I want to come there so much. Our rent and cost of living has increased so much during the last year.
ITH is Blessed beyond measure, because of Randy and Amanda's pure loving hearts ! May God continue to help you, achieve all your hopes and dreams for the people involved with ITH.
🎉congrats to the people who will be going to the mountain in a few weeks. As with me I am waiting for Buffalo creek to be completed. So excited. And so happy that ITH isn’t greedy for raising the lot rent prices. Thank you Amanda and Randy. We love ya’ll! ❤❤❤
May God keep blessing you two and your company. I pray that more people and companies will start taking care of our neighbors and loving them as God loves us. Thank you for your amazing love for others.
Your story about your parents is what a lot of people are going through! Just pure Highway Robbery! I love what youu have been doing, and though Tennessee doesn't seem like a place I want to be - I know my Aunts and Mum are tryingto talk me into it! YOUR ideas and the things you are doing are a Huge reason why I am looking at your company! I am coming to Tennessee to see family and I will be contacting you to talk about something possible for myself! Thank you for your videos!
Hi There Randy and Amanda, WOW, what Awesome Accomplishments Around The Board, So Excited for You All, Congratulations! YAAAAAAY!God Bless You All❣️💞🏚️
Randy, Amanda, your projects are building livable, humane roads and small villages! Nature is wonderful! The amazing tiny homes will look great in The Mountain!!! You help people live with dignity with little money. And... Amanda your look is really cute! I also love floral dresses and, in Italy, I'm launching the trend of big hats (I bought one in Newport TN!!) Go ahead Randy and Amanda! Protect the future!!! I can testify to your integrity and honesty!!
I am not in a spot to do anything (thankfully), but if I were I'd be looking at ITH. I LOVE to watch your videos- I just fell in love with you guys. So impressed by your attitudes. God bless you and all your plans. And God bless your communities.
Hi Randy and Ace and Amanda, hope all is well. Thank U's for the update on the Mountain present and future. Thank you for what you do. Much Love. Take care
I'm in that same boat! I live in a mobile home in California. I'm a senior woman living on a SS. My rent is over $720 and they raise the rent every year. In 10 years my rent will have increased $300. I can't afford that! The owner moved to Tennessee! I need to get there!
They did the exact same thing to my mother in law that lives in Casa Grande AZ in the middle of nowhere. A real estate trust out of New York City bought the park and raised the lot rent by $250.
So proud to say that my tiny home is made by ITH! Can not wait to show it off when I receive it in a few months. I'm no interior designer so would love it if Melody could give me some pointers. I wonder if Randy would be so kind as to let me have his credit card, cash will do just fine too, for Melody to go shopping on my behave. Right now I've got a 9.8cf frost-free icebox, 2 air beds, a kitchen table with 4 chairs, a few dishes, & a dishwasher, hope it fits. The last few items will be a hide-bed with storage, a washer/dryer combo, 3 regular beds, curtains, some pots & pans, utensils, & bathroom things. I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of things that are needed too. But that's a start...... lol.... Have a great day!
Two individuals are claiming first hand knowledge pertaining to the transformers having not been installed on the mountain. In addition, these individuals have reinforced that statement. If this is the case, then why are the mountain updates saying “this is the year” and a countdown (all year including most recently) to be completed INSIDE the month of July 2024? Residents are hearing “completed” in the month of July meaning, time to move in and utilize all utilities. “Completed” does NOT mean ITH has done their part and all that’s left is waiting on transformers to be delivered by whoever whenever. Please clarify this. And no, I don’t want another audience member to give me their opinion of video content. I am fully capable of watching like everyone else. Both Randy and Amanda are stating the transformers are in, primary is DONE, and secondary is next to be coordinated with inspectors. Can an inspection be done with no transformers? This is just bizarre.
Great video and good to see that the mountain is in its final stages. Amanda. you could try wearing bike riding style shorts under your short dresses. I do, and they are comfortable, as a just in case the wind blows your dress up, you are still covered and not showing off what shouldn't be seen.
There is chatter that although primary n secondary in by next month, there still are no transformers on the mountain yet due to back order til 2025. So even if all mountain homes are placed in July, when are the residents moving into their homes if no transformers? Would you address this in the updates specifically?
In a few past videos, the transformer issue was addressed and the inventory has been delivered or set aside, already. Call ITH, directly for more clarification. Because Randy (ITH) utilizes debt free financial habits and operation practices, certain issues get priority favor among suppliers, maybe? “Cash is king” and retains favor in the business world and in personal finances!

I want to live there but I want to buy my own lot! I don’t want to rent at all. Let me know if that can happen, please! I’d love to live there! All the ‘resort’ needs is a pool....
Amanda - I don't know how much your parents pay for their weekly groceries but I'm in South Florida & for a couple of bags at the grocery store it's around $200 a week and that doesn't include any beef or chicken/turkey - I can imagine it's hard on a retired couple on a fixed income or a parent with children.
Yall been busy today 3 videos! Looking cute Amanda in the sundress, hat, and hiking boots! Hiking boots and cowboy boots go with EVERYTHING! Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks so. 😊 Everything is coming along nicely. Love river rock btw, definitely a hot commodity
This was my dream too. Our rent is $914. Come September. Everyone here are on fixed income. That's not including Bill's after that. There's no loans for people like that. But my dream home is all drawn out. Like all the rest of people like me it just seems hopeless. But still gonna pray for everyone else ❤🙏🕊
Lordy leave the trees. Leave it natural. They give privacy and shade, and habitat. It’s really depressing how many developers go in and mow every thing down. It’s sterile. Its ugly. Not everyone values the manicured look. If I paid for one of those lots, and you went in and cleared all of that out, I would be massively 🤬
These big companies are buying up mh parks all over. There are videos on here that show where they want to build apts, etc on the land. It's sad and has happened to our park. It was bought out in 2022 and it's gone up every year. They're taking advantage of us on SS. 😢
Profiteers, see the income to investment ratio advantage of building UP in an expansion project (apartment buildings & condominiums) than of building OUT on a piece of purchased land parcel in lot spaces. More money for the investment dollar in potential income futures is gained by building UP, not out. Randy & company could crowd the lots & spaces in each individual neighborhood community to maximize rental income per square foot, as well! He & Amanda (and their ITH board of advisors) have chosen not to practice that way of thinking for a variety of reasons that are personal & important to them and towards the culture that they want to keep in place. That sets them apart from all other housing communities. The unique ITH communities & design qualities attract a special clientele and community mind-set that they want to convey & foster in the housing market. Not every business owner does that and stays true to their heart & mission, to promote community AND PROVIDE options in affordable housing in an ever-changing, global financial environment. 🤔😬🤫 ITH is a pioneer and trail- blazer in that housing market.
@@IncredibleTinyHomes Yup I was just reading The lack of rent control legislation in Tennessee gives property owners, investors, and landlords greater freedom compared to states like California and New York which have rent stabilization laws and rent boards limiting rent. It was also suggested it should be in line with fair market pricing. Perhaps Morristown could step in …
I know what they mean about rent it’s crazy what these companies want for rent and it’s not just that but they want you to make 3x the amount of rent in monthly take home pay before taxes and your credit score has to be 650 or higher without a co signer and if you need a co signer they can ask for double deposit. Im currently looking again for a place to live but with the high cost of rent and all the other stupid requirements who can afford rent. I would love to own my own home but it’s just a dream. And I currently live in Ohio and the city just keeps building all these market value apartments and they know they need affordable housing. And I’m 55 now
I own my home. This year my property taxes doubled and my insurance increased. I am nearly making a mortgage payment again. My 90 year old dad's property taxes tripled! TRIPLED! Thank you for securing the property for your tenants in the future. I hope your tenants TRULY UNDERSTAND that your INVESTMENT in the development of the land and lots was PERSONAL venture as well. The amount of monetary resources that you invested from ITH far exceeds the original investment that you requested.
I only make $1025 a month I have know clue where I'll be able to afford to go once my mother passes. I will have to sell the house we are living in and move. ❤❤
Sent an email to sales office, trying to find monthly finance cost, what comes with the Amanda, need details to see if this is the right thing for me, will not need land. When can we get the home if we order in July? Need details broken down.
@@IncredibleTinyHomes I live on social security and some retirement funds, in order to know if this is for me, I need to know what a Amanda fully loaded package, fully financed monthly payment would be. Thanks
Hi! Maybe team up H.U.D? Homes are needed! Here is a paragraph from an article: "The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has taken decisive action to expand access to homeownership by supporting housing counseling and down payment assistance" Contact office for information. Thank you!
Okay it's a start. It will be better when there is an actual comunity at both the Mountain and Buffalo Creek. One of the major complaints on site like better business bureau is that you don't complete projects and start others. The Mountain and Buffalo Creek is the specific location discussed and it also being said that the key money is being used for 0ther projects completion specifically mentioned is the Grove. Which is why they should be completed before any of the others.
I agree about the Magnolia tree! I live in Florida and they are messy! They drop leaves all the time here and I can’t rack them because I’m 75 years old and just can’t do it anymore, especially in this 90, 98 degree!!!
Will the roads eventually have gravel? It's so pretty 😍 Is there a cap on how high the monthly lease will go? I have a huge concern about rent escalations as I'm on a fixed income.
Will there be guest parking near the entrance? The parking at resident’s lots will be limited so it would be nice if guests could park near the entrance and then residents could drive down to pick them up and take them to their home. Just an idea that I think would be thoughtful for all the residents.
Thats a good question, I think the area where you drive in on the right where the old house used to be, is a good place to leave guests cars and over night visitors
