Welcome back to my Keto Journey! I'm trying a 5-day egg fast with a 5-day transition to follow.
I hope doing this egg fast will cause weight loss since I have stalled again. Then I will spend 5 days slowly adding in carnivore items and bringing the calories per day up to between 1600 & 2000 per day.
My food for Day 2:
8 eggs scrambled in 8 TBSP of butter
1 Coffee with 2 TBSP sugar-free coffee syrup
2 servings of Crystal Light Liquid in 40 oz of water
4 Chaffles ( 2eggs, 2 TSP butter, 1 oz cream cheese)
Egg Fast rules:
Eat a minimum of 6 eggs per day
Eat 1 TBSP of healthy Fat per egg
Up to 4 oz cheese per day
Up to 3 servings of Keto Sweeteners per day
My starting weight is 167.5lbs

Neck 17.5"
Arm 14"
Bust 42"
Wasit 39.5"
Hips 42"
Thigh 21"
