Just say NO to KETO, you need to stop the crap, and go Carnivore, Keto is total BS: Make it simple STOP Consuming ALL Carbs, Sugars, PLANTS, and Processed Foods!!!
Thank you for your opinion. For me, Carnivore is not sustainable at this time. I am close to carnivore and describe myself as ketovore generally now. While it may be simple for some to stop all plants and processed foods, for the majority of people it is not that simple or easy. Keto (low carb) to Carnivore is a spectrum and some people find a lot of benefit from being Keto and have no need to go further. I expect people in the comments here to respect everyone's choices as it is not mine nor is it your job to decide for them what is going to be the best choice for them.
My fitness pal show 1 TBSP as 1 carb. You also are not eating the whole batch at one time so the amount of glycerin is distributed through out the servings. I have also gone to making my ice cream with an ice cream machine using Carrie Browns Keto recipes and no longer use the Glycerin because it is not needed.
Use one of your hand held mixer blades and stick it in the jar to properly whip the cream to double volume. Macros stay the same but now you have lighter, fluffier icecream, and more in your bowl too. However, I pour into separate containers so it won't crack the jar.
