I love your channel, your recipes are very inspiring and all the meals look delicious. Today I made your peanut sauce and I could not stop eating it cause it‘s so yummy! 😋😂
Look I get the point of meal prepping and this says nothing to do with the person that posted this video literally but my thought is is why not just cook real food the night of your feeling hungry?.. when you cook your own food it puts an effort and respect behind food... I feel like when people meal prep they miss the whole point of eating which is to enjoy food... It's okay to enjoy food as long as you don't overdo it... Too much of one thing is always a bad thing including food so if you never prepare it right.. it's not hard to imagine getting sick of one thing.... Honestly I wish I could meal prep but I like fresh food too much to do that
I agree with you so much!! I will say for me I struggle a lot with time management and that creates absolute chaos. I have adhd and I think people who struggle a lot with that can benefit from some meal prepping. Not to say these people don’t cook fresh meals and eat them ever. I just thought I’d try to answer your question. Basically, there are times in which I go hours and hours without eating, missing all my hunger queues on top of that gaslighting myself at times when I do notice I’m hungry and I tell myself I shouldn’t be….even though it’s been several hours and I’m absolutely correct in being hungry. Then by the time I actually decide to eat I am so hungry that I’m struggling to think and I get decision paralysis and end up just chugging a protein drink or not eating at all. It’s times like that that having something yummy and satisfying on hand that I could just heat up would be a total life saver. Idk if that makes any sense. And I’m just speaking for myself. :)
