Focusing on the process reminds me of the story, "The Samurai and the Tea Master." It's a great story about a tea master that is challenged to a duel by a samurai warrior and how he used his wonderful ability to focus on the process that led him to prevail. He wasn't even trying to win, he expected to die. On another note, when I used to bartend, I would make an average of 75% more tips when I would have a deep meditation before going to work. It helps keep us centered, but I also think it helps us tap into our intuition and flow state.
These are fantastic takes, I feel exceptionally lucky I started investing in my early 40s and consistently compounded my income via assets to create more cash flow. I grew to a 7 figure well-diversified portfolio having exposure to different prolific investments mainly savings account, stocks, bonds and high yield dividend funds. Forever grateful to my adviser Jackson Sten Marsh. Passive income is mandatory for building long term wealth.
The financial markets are full with opportunities, but I've learned a lot over the past few years to doubt that. The key is knowing where to focus. Well appreciated, Jackson Sten Marsh.
Jackson Sten Marsh is a very knowledgeable person. I've known him for years, and reading through his qualifications, educational background, and resume is always impressive.
I ask myself the same question haha but I’m sure all in due time it’ll grow. In the meantime, we focus on putting out quality content. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel.
Uh, boy. You came right from Heavens. Other traders talk non-stop about their crappy emotional state when they're trading but I'm sure as hell I don't want to be them in order to be successful. Meditation made miracles in other areas of my life and I've been trying to apply it to trading to but it wasn't clear to me how to do it. I'm sure your guided meditation will be just perfect. I'm so happy I found you 💕 God bless you and your life
Very informational video, and thanks for putting this out here. I have a problem with over trading, Could you please share some thoughts on how many trades are recommended in a day? And what do you do, after you take a loss in the very first trade at the start of your day.
I used these tips with my trades this week and had 3/4 green days!! Thank you!! Your videos are very helpful for teaching me the psychology side of trading and how to manage my emotions. I will be using the meditation a few times per week going forward.
