I want to also let you know, Rebecca, I am learning about my boundaries, especially with this video. These types of protections in all kinds of relationships keep my interactions pristine and equal. It's a little spiritual, almost, for me. Power dynamics skills are needed, even in the most personal of relationships, and that is surprising for those of us who believe in the LOVE principle and the synergism with that! We have to come, somehow, from a core of being willing to protect ourselves, even in intimacy and trusting exchanges, because narcs have infiltrated that arena of life, and in essence have their 🦶 FOOT on our heart. So, to sum it up, I am starting to get these principles of being boundaried with ALL relationships and right from the beginning I will be able to feel safe because I AM keeping my self safe, and especially with my heart. 💮

My ex was no doubt 100% narrcisstic. My wonderful current boyfriend maybe lately showing a little cold side. Who has been awesome a year and half. I find myself wondering if he is changing on me. Or is it just me fearing the hat will drop.

Cpo hearing renewed. The mans history is abuse to me and all exs before me. I have all records from court of violence. Oddly this time he hired a attorney. I also listed my family on orginal protection order. He just bought a house right down the street. I have a free attorney this time. But they dont seem to care. Year! Now my bf mad at me. Cause i asked why he was working 12 hrs days or longer. 7 days a week since he and son began working together. I was concerned cause he was exhauseted. Feel like i cant win no matter what i do or say.
