interesting training approach to Yr training for badminton. Lunges, quick steps, push-off and recovery are basic drills for sprinters in athletics. Stay The Course !
Great ideas. I teach children and older adults so have to modify some of the explosive steps. One the other hand, with these players, their opponents often cannot hit to the far corners so they can shrink the court. Thanks for the excellent instruction.
