I have some advise for you after doing research on this dough. First off all flours are not the same and it also depends on the weather. That being said when you add your yogurt do it a little at a time until it comes together in a ball. Sometimes you will not need it all. Let the dough sit covered for 30 min it will make it easier to roll out. Hope this helps.

These are soooo good. Thanks for sharing! Just made the apple turnover/fritters. They were bomb. Yours looked so much better than mine. I put a little less monk fruit and saved a little to sprinkle on top of egg wash to have a sweet sprinkling of Mon fruit on top. These will be in my normal rotation of food.

I’m ready to try the apple turnovers. We eat the apple turnovers from Hardee’s when we are on the road. 7 points. These are bigger and you can control the type of apple you like. I think I will chop my apples into small chunks instead of slices but those look wonderful. Not sure which I will do next but definitely the funnel cake will be in our future. Thank you for such good videos.

What kind of apple did you use. I think I will use Cartland. They are tart and cook up well.

Love these recipes!! I usually just make pizza with this dough. I'm definitely making the apple turnover today!! My grandkids will love the pigs in a blanket & of course the funnel cakes. I'm so glad you used the air fryer, I love mine & use it for everything! Thank you for sharing 😊 BTW I'm down 27 lbs on WW!! Almost to my goal of 30 lbs 🎉

Going to try the breadsticks……they look amazing. I already made the apple turnover and it’s great. I usually make pizzas with my dough and use fresh veggies and turkey pepperoni! My grandkids will like the hot dog rolls!

This even works with non dairy yogurt. You can also make your own self rising flour by adding baking powder and salt to all purpose flour🌼

If you put your dough in plastic wrap sprayed with Pam, you can knead it easily without getting messy. I thought the 2 ingredient dough was equal parts of yogurt to flour🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
