They all look great, I did this on a sportster tracker build side panels but didn’t press the screen which I think I’m going to try, thanks for the video,

Nice piece of fabrication. Though not something I should have done in the sixties when building Cafe styled bikes. Idea was to increase performance by reducing weight, removing unnecessary parts, change parts to lighter ones, moderate tuning without impairing reliability and improve handling. Adapt rider position for high speed riding.

That’s one way of doing it 👍🏻 but sticking to restrictions isn’t really the rebellious bike rebuilding way, is it?

Nice video 👍👍 love it. There is relatively little vids on how to do side covers or suggesting ideas. Those pstterns can actually be used by people that have no heave tools/welders, they can be done with glass fiber as well.

I love that your videos aren’t just instructional, but they teach techniques to build your own creativity off of. Careful breathing in MDF dust - no more Dan means no more videos… and that would be a waste of talent.

Forgot the face mask? That stuff is really everywhere! Especially when "I'm just doing this little bit..." Really nice suggestions. And even if you have the garage we all want, you keep it at a tool level most of us can manage. Well done!

You always seem to notice and comment on the funny things that I put in my videos 😉 When I was editing this one, I was going to delete that bit but I thought it was funny because we all do it when we sand 😂 I do my best to balance my videos, sometimes I’ll use my big machinery and in others I try to simplify it like you see in this one. 😁 lots of guys are slowly building up there tool collection so I like to keep it as real as I can. That being said, My Milling machine, Lathe, Plasma Robot Etc, will always get video time, it’s the main reason I have them after all 🤙

#1 & #2 for me. A NACA duct could look cool too, on the right bike. Fab' fabrication advice Dan. Though I couldn't bring myself to recommend any wood cutting blades for grinders. They're in the same boat as the Kwaka H2 Mach IV.... otherwise known as Widow Makers... Stu. Melbourne

Thanx mate and you are 100% right about the blades, I only use them on the odd occasion because they can be deadly

Do you have a video on how to hide the oil tank? I can’t seem to find a good video anywhere and I’d like to see what you’ve done in the past that’s more money friendly.

If you have a 3D printer you can use that to make forms as well with 100% infill and a shop press.

N°2 looks cooler, I am in the process of changing my BSA C15 and I was gonna put just a plastic oval covers to hide the battery/electrics box,,, but I might go the extra mile and do something like what you just shown on this video, thanks for sharing 🙏👍

Thanks mate and one of the main reasons I say that is because you lose motivation so as long as you don’t lose motivation, you haven’t done anything bad 😀 I just recommend that to people who have never built the bike before or who have minimal time to work on it and therefore it sits in the garage for years
