They have to translate the meanings of Qur'an as well as the shaykh. Also bigger font and sometimes they put footnotes

I believe the Ibn kathir he recommended is in Arabic.

He even said that he is the best in Sahih Ahadith and far away from Da'if Ahadith or Maw'duah.

Best advice is dont read books of history u will form wrong opinions in the books of history as they r not accurate as hadith r

Translation is just translating the words into another language while Tafsīr is explaining those words in the same or a different language.

Sa'adi didn't use too much Hadith in it's explanation. He focused in the benefit points of the ayah, in Tawhid, Aqidah and choosing the Sahih opinion in Fiq'h issues.

There’s no English translation of the Quran because the Quran can’t be translated. However, the best translation of an accurate interpretation of the Quran is the Noble Quran (also known as Hilali-Khan) Insha Allah.
