Another vote for Nano Universe. Almost all my basics are from there and about half of my total closet. Cost to quality, it is hard to beat.

I was just in Japan and grabbed a few pieces from beams and Japan Blue jeans. I made sure to grab made in Japan or Japanese materials. Can’t wait to check out the other brands.

Loved this one! I am searching locations for these stores from outside of Tokyo and it's a bit of a schlep for me. But I am an inveterate thrifter and definitely have found items from Beams and Nano-Universe plenty of times. My method is to thrift something that appeals to me and then research the brand when I get home. There's a Nano-Universe not far from me, so that'll be the first place I check out.

Fortunately my smart casual workwear has bled wholly into my personal life.

I'm a 48 inch waist and I can't find a damn thing as far as pants go that have these awesome silhouettes. Do you have ANY recommendations for bigger guys? I feel so limited, and yes I am dieting... but after having tried for so long I haven't been able to find a pair of pants that have wide shapes that fit.
