Take a good jar of SB probiotic capsules that you take with food each day. If you get the runs, take 2x per day. Also homeopathic arsenicum album is good for tummy bugs and food poisoning. I actually have a homeopathic kit which covers every eventuality, including bites and stings
Have to agree Murray the Balinese are indeed beautiful, friendly people. Always be polite, use manners and common sense and you can't help but have a great holiday experience in Bali. We have certainly missed the friendly, chill atmosphere of Sanur, 3 weeks 1 day and our return to Bali is under way after two and a half years. Cannot wait! Thanks, have a great night.
Hi. We have been to Bali many times and will be back in just over 3 weeks. Just wondering if credit cards are more readily accepted or will we still require cash?
Credit cards can be used pretty much all over bali, BUT watch out as there are so many skimmer device or people. Best to get money from Commonwealth bank ATM in legian( near rip curl building), been using it for 5 years and Never been had
You should talk about water, cheap to buy and use for washing teeth too. I love Bali and have to confirm The Balinese People are so lovely, friendly. Unfortunately there is scammers, just be carful, usually small like taxis not putting on meters, wrong change from vendors or small money exchangers. Watch the cheeky monkeys!!! they may steel your personals like glasses or loos items, that's nature haha. Great video Murray !!!
Hi I'm been watching you for a while now since February 3 of us coming in August 18-25th staying in Seminyak in a villa . Questions will it cost alot to get to ubud want to do the culture scene and rice fields and swing and temple and restaurants especially seafood one 😋 do you recommend getting motels or villas to experience the best of bali
Murray, I would recommend checking for expiration dates on all food stuffs as well as making sure that whatever you eat has not been sitting out too long, where flies and the elements can get at it. Honestly, Bali does not appear to be all that hygienic, to my eyes, even though I like your videos about the place. America’s Andrew Zimmern (chef, and host of cooking shows - Google his name to find out more about the Fella, because he’s quite beloved, if you want to find out more.) refused to eat any food there because he thought it all was so dirty. Dodgy, if you will.
I sometimes wonder just how many tourists that are due to arrive here are aware of the Bali governments destruction of local beaches now? Once an all time favourite haunt for many tourists, the government are now removing warungs along beaches from Kuta to Seminyak for whatever the crazy reason is.From what I gather a wall is being erected along the whole stretch of the beaches to make way for toilet and shower facilities, unless public opinion opposes this crazy move it will be the end of beach warungs as we know them. I am suspecting that many hotels are behind this but the whole idea is going to come back and bite them in the bum. NO, Bali has changed but not for the better, but my comments are from a long term resident who has gradually seen Bali ravaged and raped and it's once beautiful laid back style ruined.
Thanks and could you Please clarify : The 'on board electronic declaration' . Is it done on peduli lindungi app ? If not, what app ?. Could you look at the declaration on the app in advance to see what you are and are not allowed to take over before you leave Australia ? Could you basically complete the app and upload with all information before you leave Australia. Advantage being you are able to see everything in advance to ensure you have done everything correctly and followed all the procedures correctly etc.
Another great episode Muzza. Thanks. Do.you know anything about Bracha Villa's in Seminyak? We die to arrive in 2 weeks, but have a free cancellation policy for next 7 days. If no good we will look elsewhere.
Hello from CA. Great tips on taxi & sim card (great deal for 25gb or 500 hours of streaming) but i might be 2 tired after 24 hours on plane. Surely, there must be shops in Legian. What about buying a cheap phone with sim card in Bali? Love traveling without expensive gear. Thanks.😎
Hey Murray. Thanks for the videos. I arrive on September 1st. Can't wait! I'd love to buy you a beer. Just booked a hotel near Legian Ave. I like your night life videos.
Hey Murray great videos and information. Since Travel money cards don't issue INR how do you access your funds abroad without facing expensive transaction fees? Cheers
I have an ANZ and a Westpac debit card. I dont get charged withdrawal fees and the exchange rate is reasonable. I simply withdraw what I need from my cheque account at the local atm.
Nusa Penida is amazing, beautiful and like Bali would have been 50 years ago.. not commercial and old school.. Mercure Sanur is a lovely place in an awesome location.
Omg so many people ask me that too!! I just love it! I love the vibe, the weather, the people are just about the best I've ever met! And as a nurse of 35 years, I've met alot of people! I feel calm there! I am obsessed! And I will live there very soon!!! I'm furiously researching. Getting loads of info. Once all my financial ducks are lined up, I'm there!!!! 😍😍😎

Murray, thank-you again for another well thought out video...I will be heading to Bali for the first time in September and you are answering most of my questions ...I will definitely stay tuned to your channel for more content...Cheers mate
Sorry on a roll love your videos but you never mentioned unlock fee on phones for tourists now. And price for simpati only for locals, and just asking so ppl aware those prices for taxi/driver is from departures level at airport? Just no new ppl tp bali are aware they have to go upstairs if thats the case.
Please listen carefully he mentioned that's. U just buying sim card for 10$ for 25 GB and the Telkomsel gonna give u new card and register ur phone(open IMEI). And the information about taxi rate is downstairs opposite the arivals Thank you and God bless you
The airport guy charged 100k for the sim, unlocking the phone and 25gb data.. bloody good price but a little out of the way when u arrive international.. Taxis and flat rate cars are both available from ground floor at international arrivals.. finally taxisnare around the same price.. but they run a meter so they could go the long way if they wanted to rip you off
Hi Murray, do you know if there is an option to top up a sim card’s data if I had a SIM card prior to Covid? Reason I ask is because it’s already paired to my phone
My nephew and his mates had all there gear stolen out of their villa in the first night. All they had were the clothes on their backs. Everything gone.
