Bro. I'm just saying. I finally cracked my Blood Oath because it's October and it seemed spooky. It is absolutely a banger. So smooth, sweet, and very very delicious.
I’d still take white label Evan Williams over those. Bourbon is supposed to be cheap. And not overly aged as it will taste like gnawing on wood. Anything knob creek is a cocktail for me (not a mixer, just cocktails). I love high proof for cocktails so it’s perfect. Then again old grandad 114 is amazing too. Anything over 50$ and you’re just buying the brand name, not the quality.
Favorite bourbon (that I have tasted) was Old Crow( at the time was a Jim Beam bourbon, not sure if it still is now) Frig it had such a nice tang to it. Simple bourbon orange was amazing. 12 bucks for a plastic handle at Norm's liquor barn in Florida. I'm from Canada so those prices were crazy good.
