Use plain distilled white vinegar for house cleaning as it is equal in cleaning properties and compared to ACV it only cost around .99 cents to $1.50 a gallon where ACV cost Around $4.99 to $6.00 a quart. I use distilled white vinegar, table salt and baking soda for cleaning and laundry. Save your ACV for consumption and skincare.

Hey so i have apple cider vinegar, actually the same brand as you and have been drinking it for health. But, for washing the hair, I recently started no-poo, and the organic shampoo bars I use have apple cider vinegar in it, would you recommend still spritzing the hair with it afterwards?

If you feel like your hair is pretty squeeky clean during the rinse process, then yes still spritz a diluted solution of ACV :)

I've been consuming ACV since before the whole Kovid thing. It is a natural anti-viral so in theory, it should help. I've knocked colds out with ACV. This last time I got a cold, it was very very mild and it went away completely some days. But the sniffles only lasted 5 days and it was very mild. But I think the best part was when I used ACV in my very extensive anti-candida protocol to completely reverse pre-diabetes. But you have to drink a looooot of it. What I did was pour a good amount into a gallon of ozonated distilled water. Drank the whole gallon in a day in a half. Did this for 4-5 months.
