@@MorganNye HBO Max maybe the show has a hard PG13/R feel funny as it was ppl today rather watch gay Trans crap and get upset and scream unacceptable on good stuff like south park Rick n Morty though Rick n morty need stop with lazy 6 episode bullshit anything under 20 eps is not a season 6 eps is a month.
I can see why this show got cancelled it's tough to watch. Every episode is literally just 23 minutes of a dog getting treated like crap. For the whole show you just want to rescue the poor dog from this shitty family.
@@SONPitbull1986 maybe a Disney or Netflix reboot of the show can happen with more episodes and seasons with the dog gets more respect and the characters and everything else get a little more polished?

Thats what me and my brother were thinking and why we bought a laser disc player and the only release of family dog other than vhs we wanted a better quality that vhr couldnt present im glad and greatful for the support i swear ive had so many comments and views off family dog alone and im not here for monetary value just needed to share it with the world
everyone is so judgemental of this show .. and it baffles me this show was great enough said !! the people who pretend to be outraged by family dog obviously have not seen Rick and morty how about family guy !!!! prom night dumpster baby ????
I have the feeling if this show had come out at the tail end of the 90's as opposed to the start of the decade, it would have been better received. Personally I had nothing against it while it was on TV. I remember looking forward to the episodes as they came on. Shame the Laserdisc set at last check costs a lot to get a hold of.
