These skin problems often arise from underlying gut issues that trigger an immune response, which manifests in the skin. Foods to add like duck eggs, sardines, broccoli sprouts, kimchi or sauerkraut, and Brazil nuts to your diet can improve skin and gut problems. Duck eggs are high in protein and contain essential vitamins, while sardines provide a great source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D. Broccoli sprouts and kimchi or sauerkraut aid in detoxifying the body, while Brazil nuts provide selenium, which is often deficient in people with autoimmune issues. He also advises ensuring that the food sources are of good quality and free from toxins.

Tx man.. On day 5 th carnivore diet.. No sugar , rice, wheat, yeast,.. Felt my skin is improving lesser itch during dusk up to midnight thats the time itchy skin starts to emulate

Hello, Doc. I developed a rash on my right arm end of last summer. I had been eating Beef, organs, fruit and raw dairy for about a year, beef and fruit for about a year before that and just beef and organs for 6 months before that. For the 8 years previous a paleolithic style ketogenic diet. Very meticulous. The rash has now appeared on my other forearm. I’m not sure if it’s psoriasis but I’m wondering if it’s autoimmune, fungal, oxalate dumping? Do you have any suggestions? 🙏 I’m currently back on strict beef and organs for a 3 month protocol…

I have red bumps on my entire body except for the head. Mostly in my right arm, and i really needed this diet! It also sadly, passed onto my parents. Do you know any other foods that help with the issue?

Hi Dr, got this bubble full of yellow color on my hands with a swelling on my bone palm and on my head was big red flakey itchy.. one dermatologist said I have Dyshidrotic gave me steroids cream after 4weeks had second opinion from another dermatologist who said it’s psoriasis 💯 Now I’m so confused what to eat if it’s eczema or P What is your opinion Dr I don’t eat gluten for years and no sugar no milk cheese…why did I got this severe break thing E or P?

Currently i am suffering from scalp psoriasis . I consume below mentioned food regularly 1. Panner ( indian cottage cheese) 2.Curd 3.white rice and flour 4. Vegetables and meat :- potato , beans , mushroom , cauliflower , cabbage , carrots ,onion , fish , chicken , prawn , noodles And sometimes burger and pizza ( Once a week ) So what should i remove or add in this ( Also suffering from hairloss)

I would start with removing the flours and dairy. But you best bet is to only do meat vegetables.

As an Indian with almost same diet and having psoriasis... I can confidently say... Avoid all this that he said in this video. Eggs in general cause psoriasis worse due to the archidonic acid present in them. Avoid diary in all kinds and shapes... milk,buttermilk,panner,protein powder etc... could have curd once in a while. Most of the people see improvement just by avoiding dairy products. White rice should be limited and anything can be dipped in oil should be avoided. NO smoking. very moderate alcohol. No cauliflower,cabbage,broccoli as all are cruciferous veggies which causes inflammation in auto-immune issues like chron's, ulcerative colitis and also psoriasis. Avoid sugars as much as possible. Also the toughest part is to avoid night shades...like tomatoes,potatoes Trust me stop eating potatoes..you will wonder about the improvement you see. chicken and fish can be eaten with very less spices... So in brief No diary NO smoking, moderate alochol or No alcohol NO cruciferous vegetables Avoid sugars and processed foods at all costs Avoid heavy spicy and oily foods. Avoid red meat like beef and mutton I know its hard initially but it definitely works.

Ive eliminated all of the above from my diet for 6 weeks now. Im eating mackerel, spinach and olive oil every day. Im basically only eating food if anti inflammatory. Very small improvement. I have back mold in my bathroom and i think it may be delaying my gut healing process

Yeah the mold definitely needs to get corrected for many reasons. And I'd swap the olive oil for coconut or avocado oil. Olive oil can get rancid at high heats when cooking

Canned is good. Get the ones in water not olive oil and bpa free can. Great question.

Cruciferous vegetables are the absolute worst for anyone suffering with psoriasis, I tried eating broccoli and vegetables for well over a month before I realised they were the issue and responsible for the constant inflammation of my body, it fucked me up so bad it just kept me awake at night, daily diarrhea, and the only way I could find some sleep while still eating plants was by reaching total exhaustion, so around 40 hours being awake. The moment I switched to a strict carnivore diet made out of beef for the most part everything changed, including psoriasis plaques vanishing over the course of 3 months and I keep going to this day having seen immediate relief and well being, better mood, feeling calmer and no more having brain fog on the 3rd day strictly eating ribeye steaks. If you are a doctor I am superman, and since I’m not superman you’re not a doctor, just like if I’m lying it would mean you’re telling the truth, but you are not telling the truth.

I'm sorry you have so much anger. You probably had SIBO. Which is why carnivore helped you. Some cruciferous veggies are just fine. . FORTUNATELY you don't get to decide what I am. There are plenty of people that went vegan and got rid of psoriasis. I don't agree with either longterm. Because I understand health, have 15years studying the human body and helping people with psoriasis I can help people differentiate what they should do. You helped yourself, and that's great. Enjoy your results and you should find a better way to communicate with humans

@@LovelessHealthSolutions I abhor liars, particularly those that keep spreading the lies of the snake on the rod, of the established orders that keep sustaining the prejudices and the foolishness of the knowledge of Man that is simply falsehood from beginning to end, the type that requires a human being to call himself a doctor to prescribe drugs created in a factory, the same type of people who think likewise as to make money off poisoning people and sending them to the grave earlier, surely you whole lot will find your end, because the kingdom of heaven is not made out of liars, nor of doctors, but of healthy individuals and who know how to heal themselves thanks to doing the opposite of what they are told. Red meat grass fed as it should have always been since the beginning of time is the #1 anti inflammatory food in the world yet you belong to those who call themselves “doctors” and keep it on the black list for people to heal. No one has ever cured from psoriasis eating vegetables only, they may have only made themselves sicker, putting their immune system so weak that it triggered what resembled a cure, only to come back with a vengeance, I am one of them, and today the psoriasis I have is another form, not like the previous one, and the only way I found relief is through eating ribeye steaks. You want me or some people to communicate with a more gentle tongue, but you are just part of the problem my friend, and it is that you keep spreading lies, destroying lives, that’s what lying does, it ultimately destroy lives, because you say something with a position of authority established by evil minds, and people trust what you say with that title of yours, only to go ashtray, doing what you say because you are “so knowledgeable”, but actually you send a curse to them, because they don’t heal and don’t understand why, they suffer, and people like you keep reinforcing the idea that you are right and that they are wrong when it doesn’t heal them but weakens them on the contrary, so you are obviously wrong. But yeah yeah, take a safe stance anyways and say you don’t advise any of carnivore or vegan diets long term like a coward, you split it in two so people live their lives with the idea that putting some inflammation in the body is beneficial, that they shouldn’t even be asking, and that when their time is up and the accumulation of toxins has reached its peak, just say farewell ! Fibers destroy the intestinal walls, the fermentation of food in the gut, particularly from carbohydrates and vegetables is slow poisoning, just like putting straight up fermented foods in the body has the same effect (butter, alcohol, cheese etc) Everybody who has skin issues has a form of leaky gut, damaged intestinal walls thanks to the establishment teaching people eating poison. All plants have toxins, people become weaker and get degenerative issues because of the accumulation of this slow poisoning of toxins. It didn’t take me 15 years of study to figure it out because I don’t live to hold an ego or pride, I live to understand. You’re not a doctor, you may call yourself that title but you are not what you say you are. 15 years huh ? I’m just just 32 years old, developed psoriasis over 6 years ago and from the looks of it I understand more sheet than you’ve ever gotten following my senses more than you did by following the blind and repeating things like a parrot. More and more people are getting chronic autoimmune diseases, more than ever before, and it is very clear to me that plants are the #2 enemy of human biology, but #1 is certainly people like you, because you help reinforce the idea of the establishment when it’s crumbling before everybody’s eyes, soon people like you will disappear from the earth, people know you lie constantly just to get your prescription money, just to keep the cycle going of poisoning-going to the doctor-getting the drugs-repeat. I’m very well in my place as to decide what you are not, as to what you are I leave you think about it for yourself, but you are not a doctor, not to me at least. I could be very lengthy about my personal experience and life about “doctors” but I won’t do it because it’s not necessary, I’m making the point already. One time is all it takes from someone calling himself a doctor speaking falsehood or having questionable behavior to find yourself not having what it takes to call yourself that title. You can, and I’m sure you can fool many, but a lie only last for a while when the truth, once it’s known, it is established forever. For thousands of years our ancestors had to rely on meat to survive and thrive, and the establishment and you so called doctors have led ashtray everyone from this truth for decades. You are the enemy while posing yourselves as the “healers”, false doctors is what I’ve seen my whole life. The anger I get is that I seek no harm to anyone yet everybody is constantly seeking my life since the day I was born, brutalising me, lying all the time. Don’t act surprised, better to stay silent than opening it to speak falsehood just because you have the desire to become something or “someone”, but by doing the opposite is how you get yourself people you wished didn’t become your enemy. Judgment is coming.

Dude, no need to be rude. I have pso on my own and am constantly cutting out stuff. Find YOUR trigger foods but don‘t stress out people trying to help. If it‘s not working for you, keep looking. I am on carnivore diet for two years, not too strict. Lately cut all dairy and finally will cut out coffee. Be honest with you, live and let live.
