Thanks a lot :) In this video, I'm using a Rode NT-1A mic and yes I'm pulling the audio into logic and doing some minor post processing on it, mostly eq and gain.

Hey, I am just starting out...I plan on releasing songs on a weekly basis (one song per week), I am situated in South Africa and was wondering which distributor you would recommend for someone just starting out like myself? It's a bit intimidating seeing all these options and fearing picking the "wrong" one...I appreciate any suggestions from someone who has experience using distributors. Edit: I chose DK at the end of the day.

Hey HondEpic, I wouldn't worry about picking the wrong one because you can always leave and switch a distributor. If you're planning on releasing one a week than free distribution might be a great idea for you. I don't know much about your music so I can't recommend one but honestly try one you think is best for you and see how it goes!

Rouenote rejected my three songs and not even give the explaination. But, Amuse approved the same songs and now live in spotify. I like Rotenote plans but there costomer service is very bad.

Any of them, I'm pretty sure! I used to use Soundrop while it was free, but I don't think there's a difference. I'm pretty sure as you release a single, you get a link / code, which you put in when adding it to the album, so it counts as a track that was released prior to your album

@@dylankai21 the ISRC is a unique code for a single piece of music. It's the same on all platforms and ensures that you and only you get your royalties (you cannot use more than one code for one song as far as I know).

@@dylankai21 so in short: yes, if it's the exact same song, i would use the same ISCR. If it's a remix, it's legally a new song so you would need to assign a new one. But then again, maybe it's possible to assign more, i just know that it's not usual to have more than one code for the same song.
