I'd like to think that Furihata's songs are songs that Ruby would sing as she pursues the idol life even after high school, like, just imagine it. Ruby all grown up, singing these lower register songs to entire crowds. I'm tearing up just thinking about it

Tbh even tho she sings higher..if you listen to rubys solo album she’s actually quite a good singer!! Aquors songs don’t really give ruby her spot to shine but when she can sing, she can SING!!! Deep resonance and mattete ai no uta really proves it :))

I don't know why, but Hanamaru's Seiyuu's song Tōkyō Tedibea reminds me alot of Sugar Sugar Rune's Anime opening and Poupee De Cire by france gall

I really couldn't tell you, since it is the style of songs that Neru has when composing 🤔. I guess you could find out if the composer was inspired by it or the other way around.

Also thank you for including the Snasha Sanyou songs! I remember being in love with the duet song on the album and freaking out once I realized it was Ainya/Mari singing it

Ainya is part of YuYuYu NoWaYu. Kibou no Tsubomi is great there is a Chikage solo version of it. She plays Chikage.

Tldr: Aqours doesn't have an anime to record for therefore less time recording for the girls and new songs. Less time recording for Love Live! = more time for solo careers. This does not mean they are disbanding or dying... it just means they aren't as actively doing stuff for LL Sunshine as they were doing a few years ago. So let me address what I mean by "winding down". They are slowing the amount of the stuff they are doing for Aqours. It's a fact. Does it mean they will disband soon? No. Not at all. They still got more songs and the solo collections are still coming for about 10 months. There is likely to be another after that. They still got the 6th Live as well.... and likely another after that. "But that doesn't mean they are slowing down". Okay. Just because they are still doing a good amount of stuff doesn't mean they aren't slowing down. It's just that they are doing less than before. Riddle me this. If they're not slowing down... why do these girls have more time to focus on their solo careers? The same had happened for μ's. They are slowing down. 9 new songs came out this year for Aqours (including CYaZALEA Kiss). That's a far cry from most years. 2019 had around 20. 2018 had around 20 as well. This of course also had lives and they had an anime to do. There is no anime upcoming for Aqours (at least to our knowledge) so they are in fact doing less than they were doing before.... which explains why they have more time to do their solo careers.... which is why I can make a video like this.

Tbh,using this year is overall not a good example. stuff this year was cancelled bc of the pandemic and they are likely just doing stuff they had planned that can be adapted to be safe for all parties involved. We didn't get 2 subunit lives bc of the pandemic. There's likely recording they haven't been able to do. Which could effect the amount of songs we get this year and next year. I bet aqours club fliming has been cut a bunch for safety. I'd rather we have less this year and next year so our girls could be safe than lose them. On that the girls have been focusing on solo careers,we have no clue what their personal schedules look like. For all we know,they went from having some free time to no free time because of trying to do solo career stuff

Yes 2020 is definitely a different year that may have impacted the amount of song releases.... but they had 44 songs (known so far) this year which is the most for Love Live! ever so honestly I think they were able to overcome the obstacles quite well.

@@BSAnime yes but it still means things have been effected. I would say next year or whenever the pandemic has really slowed where it's safe to have large gatherings like lives and concerts would be a better gauge of slowing down. It sucks that the first year since the ending of the anime for aqours is a pandemic but that still is going to mess with any gauge of activity. Also comparing aqours to Muse is something both groups want to end even at the seiyuu level.

@@RedHoodedKid Yeah but the effect is probably relatively minimal. NijiGaku has released so many songs this year while Aqours did not. If the effect was actually a lot, NijiGaku would be hit a lot more than that. Heck the anime development for anime across the board only slowed for a few weeks at most. Lives for sure got completely ruined by 2020. Aqours is still going strong, but with new experiences and content coming out at a slower rate, they are still "slowing down". It doesn't mean they are disbanding or dying as a group. They will continue and overcome 2020. 2021 I guess will show us how Aqours will evolve without the anime/movie being so close. They definitely got a lot of lives coming for sure, but that's the only major difference I see for 2020. If Aqours was as an active as they were (in terms of recording new songs) they definitely would and could of released more new songs... it's just that they aren't. The anime has passed. The girls have less "stuff" to do with Love Live! in general... therefore they will do more things out of Love Live! like... you know... a solo career. Using 2020 as an excuse isn't really valid since some of the girls started doing this in 2019. It's more of a coincidence... a bad one at that. That aside, I do hope to see more from them in the future.

AngelBrigadeOWA Yeah but also there was an anime and a movie in previous years while now there isn't. I really don't see as 2020 a bad year to compare to that much in term of song releases (but yes obviously for lives). They are still very active and will be. Misleading? Not really? Can be interpreted incorrectly? Clearly. The comments indicate that. If someone was driving 100 mph and then started going 95 mph... that's still slowing down. Both speeds are fast and relatively indistinguishable... but it's still slowing down. That's my point. If anything though, now that they have a lot of songs out, they are able to do a lot of lives and they keep doing more. Instead of a lot of a lot of new songs and anime coming out... they're performing lives instead

It’s kinda funny that Ruby’s seiyuu sounds a little like Dia with her lower voice. I can imagine her growing up and maturing and actually singing with this voice. She would become one of my favorite voices in Aqours if she used her real voice though omg

I don't think Aqours will disband but go through the route of Idolm@ster idols, where the groups never disband!! But we get more and more new groups. So the previous groups wind down!

I've just finished watching 'Oresuki' with the opening of Shuka-san.. Tempted now to check the other animes where the seiyuus sing😁... but I'd be happier if they sang for (kinda) main stream animes, not only unpopular ones...!!😌 P.S: i would have never recognized Fururin singing with such "serious" voice..😶 Still prefer her with Ruby's voice actually..! P.P.S: Suwa-chan is always the... sweetest!😍
