People have been criticizing and scrutinizing Taylor for her "fake" friends, referring to them as her "squad" and that you have to look like a model or have a certain look to be her so-called friend. Also, the media was writing about how Taylor is like the queen bee, of her friend squad, being really bossy and telling what her friends to do and whatnot. That's why she was the leader of those fake models. Hope that clarifies it! No madonna shade! Most of the video is just addressing all the media headlines of her through the years, not any one in particular besides, of course, Kanye, Kim, and Katy.
