Thank you prophet. More anointing . What I always practiced is fasting, praying in the spirit, worship, word study. I do meditation but it seems I don't do it well. I need to keep practicing it But I have a problem. At times I have a lot of dreams in one night but at times I dream and forget all. It's disturbing me seriously. Because I use to dream some come to passed. I think there's a problem with my spiritual eyes. Yet I pray all night. I fast three days every week. All use to be well. I hear God speak to me every night. But I can't remember my dreams again. Something is wrong. Prophet help me.

This was very informative on meditation. Of all the 5 points meditation, prayer, worship, fasting and studying the Bible, the one that really struck me through your explanation was meditation. Since i became born again, meditation has been a very big struggle for me. I don't know how to meditate. But with your explanation, i will practice it just as you explained. This is a really good teach and I really enjoyed it and I have put this to you. You know already I’ve been doing this. You know I’m meditating on this word. I’m praying I’m fasting speaking in the speaking in tongues and just building godly alters all around you know every room in the home and the land and just just you know being in his presence, singing and dancing sometimes and just meditating, singing the palms, you know and I just love it. You know like the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want you. You are the God of I am whatever I need you are there and all just all this is word how we meditated take that scripture apart slowly and just meditate on that. The Lord is my shepherd and just keep meditating on it and I just noticed also when I when I’m speaking in tongues, I’m having more visions and dreams as I’m starting to read his word, I’m starting to say like how can I apply it physically and spiritually to my to my life
