There are some of us who find it difficult to fast, when we fast, food remptation always even if you are not in the kitchen. Some time become weak in strenght or sick. What can we do?

Set realistic targets. Fasting is not a competition. If you are comfortable with fasting till 12 pm, stick with that in the meantime. That is a legitimate fast. Don't allow anybody tell you otherwise. You can increase the time gradually.
