My part time maid was pregnant with twins, funnily enough I tried to do the same for her, I forbade her to go near the cat litter or the cat, made her use a mop, told her to leave the heavier work for the other maid and kept telling her to start her paid maternity leave early and not worry about money. She was my only helping hand through my IVF struggle and later she made sure to take care of my during my pregnancy. Loved these small ads. Very heart touching. I remember when I delivered my 1st baby, my Doc didn't say "Congrats u got a girl" but on my 2nd delivery she said "Congrats u got a boy". I said "Doc even if this was a girl I would welcome it. As long as my child is healthy makes no difference." These ads on Daily basis maybe can help change situations in workplace, homes & everywhere. I don't see humanity anywhere nowadays even in trains whether the women is pregnant or with a small baby. Very rare people give up their seats. The thought behind these ads too good. Hats off to the team that made these ads
When i was pregnant,I did everything including lifting heavy weights, mopping floors, painting walls and other household chores because I wasn't in India. You can't find maids in other countries. I was alone mostly as my husband would be in office or business trips. But my pregnancy went great and I have healthy baby
See in pregnancy we have seen great physiological changes in a woman's body, drastic cardiac output rising heart rate rising. Many more And these heavy work in some ladies may lead to miscarriage. Trips are prevented in 3rd trimester and in practice we recommend rest to ladies. The thing is we want to prevent the occurrence of malnutrition, anaemia as working out may also decrease blood sugar which further be less for the fetus and will lead to fetal complications. @@mrkinng8 heavy work , lifting don't cause miscarriage. It is an old myth. They might strain the muscles though. Trips in the 3rd trimester are avoided because there are chances of labour starting on the way. Not because it ia harmful for the baby.

I agree.It was a mean way to show kindness .That poor maid was terrified of losing her job.Every bit of money is a necesiity for them . .I did not lfeel comfortable at all.
Actually i cried after watching some adds.. And I wish every corporate sector or Govt. Sectors should provide pregnant womens a comfortable working environment. But I think which is possible only in ads.
@@zainahbbs intersexual babies are born biologically. Sometimes parents decide by their gender by genetic research and sometime they nurture them as neutral and help them decide their gender orientation as they grow up. You should look it up on.

The third ad is so good. It reminds me of my great MNC company Thomson Reuters due to which I am alive on the planet. I also want to become a mother soon . I am 32 and never got many things in life.
This made me cry....actually whenever I come across any pregnant women or babies or anything related to pregnancy my heart aches so badly......I am exuasted physically mentally...I am struggling my self and my body with all those medicines and injections... still no result...i wonder will I able to give this good news to my husband in my life time😔
