At 68 years old, I thought I knew everything about staying healthy, but I was wrong. But after experiencing frequent fatigue and joint stiffness, my doctor told me to increase my water intake. The changes were surprising-I felt more energized, my skin improved, and even my digestion got better. One hidden benefit I didn’t expect was how much it helped with my focus and memory. Now, I never forget to drink enough water, and I feel better than I did in my 50s!
