Hie didi.. rice is good for health and yes we will be eating along with curry which definitely has some fibre so the meals glycemic index would be low.. But since white rice is a polished one which has no nutrients like b complex and it is a simple carb not the complex carbs bcoz it doesn't has any fibre just a plain carbs..actually white rice is made from brown rice itself.Where as brown rice and roti has some fibre and nutrients and hence they provide complex carbs.

It surely may be less in fibre than brown rice or roti as its a refined grain but that doesnt make it bad to eat as it has its own qualities and nutritional value. Every single food item doesnt have to have all vitamins and minerals present out there, whats important is to have a wholesome food choices throughout the day to balance macros and micros. I will any day opt for white rice over brown rice as I do eat roti and oats and a lot of other fibre and nutrients rich foods throughout the day.

Mujhe bhi ye hi sab dikkat thi..baad mein pta chala it's because of thyroid. Aur muscle soreness ki wajah ye ho sakti hai ki aap exercises kabhi kabhi hi kar rahe ho..daily karoge to nhi hogi..Aur agar tab bhi hai to apko definitely koi medical issue hai, koi vitamin deficiency ya kuchh aur.

I have kidney stones ... So what can i consume to gain weight ? Coz I can't take eggs, milk and other protein reach foods that's why I am little skeptical about joining gym now .... Any solution? I am underweight....My Age is 23 and height is 5'1 but weight is 38-39kg
