If anyone is considering becoming a plumber DO NOT apply with Roto Rooter! They make you buy a brand new van and place their logos on your van. Also plumbing is easy but you never have a set schedule and always on call.
@@tookwoccyes! Listen, I was kicked out of job corps for fighting, BUT, I did meet a lot of people and kept in contact. Every single one of them has a good job in that trade. They all had help transitioning to real work. Even while I was there, so for welding, you can work an apprenticeship off campus. Fuck around and get start talking to people from your city on weekend breaks. And if you talk to a guidance counselor, they can easily help you with a resume, getting ready for an interview and setting up all your documents for after you graduate. I was almost there. And I wish I could go back.
