@@michaelflame1965 My mom makes her dumplings around medium size. She admits her dumpling making skills aren't the best compared to people from northern China, where dumplings are more prominent. My mom's from southern China.

@ Emma Fane , ma'am, actually Korean restaurants make the best dumplings( they are steamed in stacked bamboo baskets, oh so good) , it is probably in their top 3 , Kim-chi is another( a fermented, cabbage based type side item) bbq spare ribs are another, God Bless you & yours ma'am
