Sounds like a beginner nail tech tbh. Between the time it took and the amount of lifting that seems to be the most likely explanation.

@@SusanIvanova2257 yes most likely, my first ever gel extensions set looked exactly like this one expect the lifting hehe, and they did take about 4-5 hours, my friend was really mad with me haha
