Oh My Goodness! These are incredible. Everyone on them can be made into a shelf stable meal. We make gallon bags with all shelf stable items and canned meat. The gallon bags of meals are given to families in need along with a quart of shelf stable milk. Your 5 meals are going to be our menu for next week. AMAZING! Thank you!. @@marthaperkins1845 She means have all shelf stable ingredients put together in a bag so no need to wonder what’s for dinner. You have everything ready. Say a box of pasta, jar of Alfredo sauce, canned chicken, jar or can of mushrooms and a can of vegetables.
I,m sitting on the back porch,watching one of our storms come in. So pretty. Having my coffee. Loving your show. Things have calmed down a bit. Our son was in the hospital 3 times. He,s still recovering. Can,t get any weight on him. So,i,m watching for some recipes for him. Love you,and even though i can,t watch all the time,you still have my favorite channel.

I made the chicken spaghetti tonight, and it was a hit! So delicious and so easy. I added a diced green pepper with the diced onion, to sneak in a bit more vegetable. My son loved it.
I can't wait for fall. I'm a lousy summer cook. Plus I just don't enjoy cooking in the summer. These warm comfort food recipes are more up my alley. Thanks.

I love one pot meals. Friday I cooked 4 Alfresco Apple and Maple Syrup Sausages with Orange and Green Peppers, (all were on clearance ). For a side I made a large bowl of Mac and Cheese just using cooked Pasta and cut up Cheese [ also found on clearance ]. Cutting the sausage into pieces helped stretched it . Throughout Friday and Saturday I had 3 portions of this - then as it began to get used up I added in the rest of the pasta and a can of Diced Tomatos. With the addition of more cheese, and Zucchini I now have another 3-4 portions. One pot meals are da bomb !

These all look so so good! Trying the curry tonight. A note to others.. if you are sensitive to curry powder or any of its ingredients, you may want to half the amounts of the powder. I am sensitive to both turmeric and cumin, so I plan to do that. It will still have loads of flavor.
