I love her!! I subbed after the first video I watched of hers and I’m going on 2 hours of watching! That salsa verde with cauliflower rice 🤤 that looks AMAZING! I just had gastric sleeve surgery and I’m about 4 weeks out. Looking for new easy meals for the family since I can’t really eat.
Julia, I've been following you for the past couple years and I just want to tell you that I'm so proud of you for how far you've come. Your videos are quick and to the point and your recipes are awesome! Thank you for being you. P.S. watching your little family grow has been so cool, too!! 💜🥰
@carrie, same 😊 I think she was around 20,000 when I found her and I’m so happy for her success! I’ve made several of her dishes and the family has loved every one!
Carrie, that means so very much to me to hear that! I sure do appreciate your loyal support and I’m so happy to have you as one of my loyal subscribers. Have a wonderful rest of your week and thank you so very much for your positive comment💜💜💜
You should! I create my own playlists with recipes I want to make/enjoy. One playlist is for Dinner, another is Sides, another is Desserts and then I have one that's labeled "Current Week Recipes", which is where I'll move all the recipes I plan to make for the following week. It helps me especially with my grocery shopping for the next week. I'll then also create a "Note" in my phone where I write out each night's dinner menu for the next week and will paste the link to the video of the recipe next to it so that I can easily access any recipe I need for whatever I choose to cook that specific night for dinner. It keeps me organized and helps me remember everything I need!
Give a try. You might was to start out slowly, like only doing a week or two worth of meals. Doing a whole month might be too overwhelming your first time out. I only meal prep for 1-2 weeks at time. I take the meal out of the freeze and put it in the frig the night before. Also, going slowly give you the chance to find out which recipes you really like.
That is awesome! Please let me know how that turns out. I sure do appreciate your positive support and I sure hope these recipes help you and your family. Thanks so much again and have a great rest of your week💜💜
Today I finally figured out WHY I love your recipes (and your channel) so much! You create your recipes in such a way that it is SO EASY to make little changes/alterations to suit anybody's family! (Even for EXTREMELY BASIC cooks like myself.) I'm watching this and realizing how easy you've made it for me to figure out how to add meat to the pierogy casserole - or - alternate meat & bean layers on the tortilla stacks (because that's how my household eats). I can only figure that kind of thing out because of the way YOU create and present these recipes... so THANK YOU SO MUCH!😀
Well thank you so very much, Marla! I sure do appreciate your positive comment and kind words. That means a lot to me for sure! I am so happy to have you as one of my loyal subscribers and I sure hope you have a wonderful rest of your week💜💜
Your casserole dishes have been a lifesaver for me! Being a single guy, sometime it gets tough trying to plan and even cook for just one person but these recipes have been affordable, easy, and I can easily separate them into meal-prepping containers and freezer them - I can take five of these recipes and have food for 20 nights.
Wow! That’s awesome! Thank you so very much for your positive feedback and I’m so happy to hear that you are able to use these recipes and that they’re helpful to you and your situation. You have a wonderful rest of your week and thank you so much for watching😉🙌🏼🙌🏼
You’re a life saver!!!!! I’ve made SO many of your recipes and my family LOVES THEM!!! We say “Julia has never steered us wrong”. THANK YOU!!!! You are so cute popping in when you open the oven!! 😂
That’s awesome to hear! I’m so happy that your family enjoys my recipes and thank you so very much for your positive comment. I really do appreciate it! Have a great rest of your week😉🙌🏼🙌🏼
These all look fantastic! I didn't want this video to end. 😊 I'm with you Julia...French onion is my thing. That's first on my list. Thanks again for making the start of my Sunday so happy!
Tonight I made the French Onion casserole and WOW was it ever good! The whole family loved it. These types of meals really work for me because my oldest son is a paramedic who works 12 hour shifts. I make the casserole and he can warm it up when he needs too.
That is awesome to hear, Ann! I’m happy to hear that these meals help you and your son in his 12 hour shift days! Thank you so much for watching and for your positive comment here🎃🙌🏼
You have become my go-to source for dinners to cook for my family. Simple, easy-to-find ingredients, recipes that don’t require tons of steps or preparation, and all of it is food that either my whole family will enjoy or that make it easy to accommodate my choosier eater. Both of my kids (11F and 14M) are autistic, but my son has a lot of issues with textures and won’t touch vegetables, so it’s nice to find so many recipes from you that not only have something he likes, but that are easy to either modify or set aside enough of what he likes. Thank you so much for that!
Wow! That is awesome to hear. You have no idea how happy that makes me to know that my recipes help you out in someway during your day. Not easy being a mom to children with food issues I am sure🙏 I sure do appreciate you making me your go to channel. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your week and I hope you know how lucky those kids are to have you💜💜💜
I love these casserole meals. I never thought of that. So easy, so tasty, thank you julia. I only tried one of them so far but I'm going to cook another one for dinner tomorrow not sure which one yet. 🙏🏾
These casseroles look fantastic! And such simple but delicious recipes! I have so many things I want to add onto my grocery list and give a new try! The beef and egg noodles with French onion dip and crispy onions especially hits my comfort food mark too! ❤ I think so many of these recipes are kid friendly too with pasta and egg noodles especially are my kids favourites in this house! Thanks for putting this video together, the little peek in from the baby too was darling 😊
Thank you so very much! I sure hope you enjoy these recipes and I’m starting to think that Macy enjoys the camera😂😂I sure do appreciate your positive comment and have a wonderful rest of your week!
Another winner! Tried the pierogi recipe. Have walked by these for years and wondered...Your casserole came out great.Added cooked ground beef to make it a bit more hearty. Will definitely add to my rotation. Thanks for the great casseroles and one pot meals. They are expanding my pallet.👍👍👍
Ok, watching a few of your videos convinces me that you ARE a chef. Love the casseroles! I may plan on making one for our church outing. I think the folks would LOVE this!
Oh my goodness! Thank you so very much for your very kind comment, Deborah! And I am so happy to hear that you will be able to use these casseroles for your church dinner😉🙌🏼
Happy Sunday, Julia! And thank you for these quick ones to make on a busy weeknight!! As always easy to make! And I love how you give a cheesy smile when you are putting something in the oven! haha! And Little Macie, too! Wishing you all a great week ahead!!! 😊❤

Another great video with great meals that fit the budget, look appetizing and come together so easily. Definitely trying all of these. I love the simplicity and how you always present them so prettily in beautiful casserole dishes and bowls. Sweet peekaboo of Macy; she is growing so fast! Hello to Brinley too! Thank you so much, Julia! Have a blessed week!🥰👍🙏💕
Thank you so very much, Michelle! I sure do appreciate all of your positive feedback here. Thank you so very much for your kind words about our girls. Have a great rest of your week💜💜
Ok we did the French onion one tonight. I am not going to lie, I was hesitant on this one. But I am glad to say I was wrong. Its very very yummy. A perfect dish to bring to our church feast and fellowship. My daughter said it tastes almost exactly like my " skillet supper" recipe. The whole family approves. Thank you for another winner Julie❤
That’s awesome to hear! I am so very happy that your whole family enjoys this recipe so much and that it turned out so well. Thank you so much for sharing that and thank you so very much for your positive comment, Brianne💜
I always look forward to your videos, Julia. They are a welcomed break from a chaotic world. Who doesn't get happy when yummy-looking food becomes the topic?
Julia, thank you so much for some more delicious looking recipes! With the cooler weather it's definitely time to fire up the oven and make some casseroles and these all look pretty simple to make which is right up my alley! It was really nice to get a glimpse of the baby; getting so big. When you have a moment, would you be able to give us a quick update on how you guys are liking your new home? The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. I'm sure you are enjoying cooking and such an open and beautiful space! Thanks again and I hope you're having a terrific weekend!
Thank you so very much again, Rosemary! We are settling into our new home and getting a couple of pictures on the walls even🙌🏼 things have moved a lot slower because we have the two girls right now. Ha ha! Thank you so very much for asking and I really do appreciate your positive support💜💜
Amazing casseroles. I am so looking forward to trying all these . Thay look scrumptious and so easy. Thanks again for another excellent video and for the love and time you take to bring us easy dishes for our families.
Hi, Julia. Three of these look good for my low carb, type 2 diabetes. I'm gonna have fun preparing each of them. Thanks for the videos and for all of the fun recipe videos that you give us. My diet won't allow me to eat many of your recipes, but I love to watch you anyway. Thanks, again. Ed
Well thank you so very much for your positive feedback, Ed. I’m happy to hear that some of these recipes will help and I really do appreciate your loyal support🙌🏼
These are awesome! I think for the one that uses lays dip I would take a packet of onion dip (I use Walmart brand..just as good as Lipton) and sour cream makes the best onion dip. I'd use half of that in place of the Lay's Dip. I giggled when you were describing Pierogies ..I said maybe she doesn't know it has Potato inside or has Mkm brain right now & can't think of it? These are all great ones..I will make all of these & I'll send the video to both of my daughters..you help them so much! Oh & I share on my neighborhood site for all the families who are looking for easy..yet affordable meals.
Thank you so very much, Michelle! I know, it sounds kind of crazy about the pierogies, but it really is a delicious casserole! Hope you enjoy these recipes and thank you so very much for watching
Yum, I can't wait to try ALL of these, especially the French dip one! I may have to adjust servings because it's just my husband and me, but he is going to love this!
I love trying your recipes every week. You really cook for the budget conscious person! I made the meatless Mexican casserole tonight and it was such a winner! So easy and delicious ❤
Well thank you so very much, Gianna! I sure do appreciate your kind words and I’m so happy to hear that these recipes help you so much. That means a lot to me! Have a great rest of your week💜💜
We had the French Onion Casserole tonight, so delicious! Thanks for so many wonderful recipes. So many times I don't want to cook just because I'm tired of making the same things over and over! I've made about 10 of your recipes now and all of them have been so easy and delicious ❤️
Well thank you so very much, Steph for that very positive feedback! That really does make my day for sure. I’m so happy to hear that you have enjoyed so many of my recipes and I sure hope you have a wonderful rest of your week💜💜

Hi Julia!!! The casseroles look really tasty. I always liked casseroles when my kids were still home. My pick for today is the French Onion casserole. Looks very tasty!!! Thanks for all the wonderful recipes. YUMS!!!... Great video my dear friend!!!
Hi Julia! I love that particular onion dip, I buy it. And, your skin always looks amazing! People tell me I have good skin but yours is incredible, I wish had young skin, still. Thanks for the yummy ideas! (I love how you do everything so fast, so that even busy folks will know that these recipes really are completely doable, even in a busy household, which is a double bonus!)

My family loves your food and they still loving them c.c cookies with the pumpkin 🎃. Little secret so do I. They think I bake it just for them lol I got them fooled. Thanks for having such a wonderful channel.
Thank you so very much, Tiffany. I really do appreciate that positive comment. Thank you so very much for watching and you can find some of my casserole dishes in my Amazon store in my description box. I have also bought some from Walmart. They are pioneer woman brand. I hope this helps!😉🙌🏼
All the recipes especially the Mexican casserole looks amazing yummy. Thank you for sharing Julia have a blessed day stay safe and healthy. Prayers for you and your family I hope all is well. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏
I sure hope you enjoy that casserole, Debbie! I hope you had a wonderful day too. Take care of yourself and your family and have a wonderful rest of your week!💜💜
omg! these look fantastic! also, the tortillas in the pie dish! SO clever! I'm going to start making enchiladas this way instead of rolling them up in a 9×13!
I did a different take on the Pierogi casserole. I boiled the Pierogies first, then after browning ground Italian sausage, I added Rao's Marinara sauce, later adding the Pierogies to the pan on the stove. The only things I added to the sauce was 1 tsp of sugar, & about 1 tsp of Italian herbs. Heated it all up, just like with spaghetti, & both my hubby & I just loved it.
Happy blessed Sunday, Julia, family and everyone! Julia, I hate jarred Alfredo sauce but, anytime I make anything with Alfredo I added steamed carrots with my steamed broccoli. It is really a game changer! Thank you for sharing. God bless all!
That’s interesting! Thanks so much for sharing that, Betsy. I bet that does add a ton of flavor for sure. Have a great rest of your week and thanks for watching😉🙌🏼
I made the salsa verde chicken for supper tonight. It was really easy (rotisserie chicken was on sale) and delicious! We enjoyed it with a few scoop tortilla chips. Thanks Julia. 😊
Aloha from Maui Hawaii, I so enjoy your wonderful recipe and your calming voice! May I make a suggestion we're a retired couple, now that fall is here (not in Maui) can you show us easy soup recipe?? Moving back to the mainland 2023!!😊
Aloha to you too, Gloria! You live in a beautiful place. We just visited a couple of months ago! I do have many soup recipes that I have made before. I will also have more coming up this fall! You can go to my website juliapacheco.com to find some of the ones that I made before. Thank you so much for watching!🌺🌸🌺
Last week I made the Pierogi and French Onion casseroles. I don't like Pierogi's myself but my husband and 2 kids do so I gave it a try. I wanted a full meal in the dish so I did add 2 lbs of ground sausage. This dish was a solid 5*, so much so that even I liked it! The French Onion I didn't change anything and again it was a solid 5* with my family! Thanks for sharing these yummy meals. ❣
Wow!! That is just such wonderful feedback, Terry. Thank you so very much for sharing that with me and I’m so happy to hear that everyone enjoyed those recipes so much 💜💜
