This super easy 5-ingredient Mediterranean Chicken Marinade is my new go-to marinade for the summer. As the name suggests, it’s super easy (takes just 30 seconds to make) and uses just 5 easy-to-find ingredients.
For this recipe, I’ve used the 3:1 ratio of oil to acid to create the perfect balance of ingredients, ensuring proper marination. It is ideal for BBQ season and once the chicken is marinated, it can be cooked on the grill, in a skillet, or oven-roasted (I opted for the skillet cooking version for this video).
