Dear BarBrothers. I really wanna thank you guys for these workouts. Iv been doing them for just a few weeks now, hitting around 3 sets my first week and now around 5-6 sets on each. I can see massive improvements and iv really been killing it on the ab workouts. Thanks a ton. Im hoping to hit 8 sets each in the next few weeks. Gotta strive for the best. Thank you guys.

Wesley, i've started today, my first day was push-ups, 3 sets of 10, but in the 3 only i've done like 5, i realle cannot get out from the ground hahhaam, but my question is, what is the variation of exercises you do ? Monday leg, etc... but nothing more? or 2 routine thata appears in this vid per day?, you've noticed changes in your resistance? days of rest? i need some info about it to do correctly, sorry about mi English, but i'm Spanish Greetings (:

For all the people asking about the routine, pause the video at the end and there is a routine to follow there. Also if you are struggling too do 15 of each excercise, start by doing 10 of each and as you get stronger do 11 then 12 etc etc it does work,I've been doing body workouts now for 1 year, and have put on a stone in weight but this is all muscle follow it too the letter and you will get gains,from walking in the gym a year ago this month only being able too do 1 pull-up I now do more than these workouts, and can do handstand push-ups 😃I don't use any protein etc it's not needed so keep working hard

bro thats cool same here. i dony use no protein bar or powder or shakes. ive been doing this gor a few months now. i recenty did my body fat. it was and is 0% body fat and gaining muscles. i got that from doing body weight exercises...

I have Bulging disk after squat workout with bar. I mention this to all the people to take care of yourself, I can't do many things right now or carry heavy .. I wish I can workout again one day :( . Be safe folks.

I have always been a weight lifter. I was pretty strong for my weight and size. Started combining workouts from different videos and putting routines together. I have been doing the body weight exercises for two months now. I feel better, look better, and most importantly feel far more limber. Thank you for the videos.

It would be great if Bar Brothers actually told us how to split their routines during the week, how many days in a row we should train, when to take rest etc.

Yeah, upper body, but what routine? :) For example, in this video there's no routine for back (chest/triceps/shoulders is number 1), so if I do let's say 3 circles of number 1 then how I am supposed to do 3 circles of pull-up routine (number 5)? Not to mention it's not the same routine for begginers and for advanced people (for example begginer cannot perform muscle-up or some other exercise) :)

***** Let's say I complete 1 & 4, I won't have strength to perform 5 because I can do arround 15 pull-ups currently (while fresh), so there's no chance I can do 15 pull-ups in number 5. :) I have never tried doing muscle-up, but I don't think I'm able to do it. Then again, I will never know until I try it :) So, let me get this straight: For example, it's Monday. I am doing Chest/Triceps/Shoulder (number 1) I perform all exercises, I do 4-8 sets. Then I move onto number 4 (pull-up routine), do all exercises and repat 4-8 times. And after that I do number 5, full body routine (as much reps as I can), but it does not say 4-8 sets at the end? Only to do 20 reps for intermediate and 10 for begginers. But what to do on Tuesday? I do leg routine 4-8 sets, okay. And then? Is that it for Tuesday? Wednesday, ABS/Core. I do only number 2, right? Sorry for being pain in the ass :P

I do Chest and Triceps, Back and Biceps and Legs/Abs repeat de cicle 2x a week. 4 exercises each day, 4 cicles 12 rep each exercise, very slow. For exemple: Push: Regular Push up - Dips - Diamond Push Ups - Archer Push Ups Pull: Wide Pull Up - Close Chin Up - Wide to Close Pull Up - Negative Chin Up Legs: Squats - Lunges - Calf Raises - Sit Up - Leg Raises (Saturday I do some freestyle like Front Lever e Planche.)

Yes Thales, that seems like a nice workout routine. But the problem is I am unable to train 6 times a week because I am also practicing two martial art/self-defense systems. I can perform 1 full body workout in 3 days, like you said (for example monday chest/triceps, tuesday back/biceps and wednesday legs/abs), but I can't train another 3 days in a week.

***** Hey, I see that you wrote that on the days you shall man do this and that. You can check if this is correct. Day 1: 10 dips, 10 pullups, 10 pushups, 10 squats 4-8 Sets (Upper Body) Day 2: 15 situps, 15 toe tuch crunches, 15 push through chrunches, 30 seconds back hold, 30 seconds alternating inner and holds wide, 5 wide spread last / toe touches, max of sit ups. 4-8 sets (lower body) Day 3: 15 lunges, 15 squats, 15 lung two higher platform / pistol squat (alternate legs), 15 jump squats, 15 calf raises each leg. max squat of 8.4 (Abs Core) the comment below so you write that on Day 1 (Upper Body) then you have to take 1,4 and 5 but you can enter any of the exercises it is? had been very helpful f you'd managed to do it.

Started this routine yesterday. i'm on a functional training program from june 2013, but now i have a broken finger and i had to stop a week ago. Done 3 sets of the chest routine and it's damn hard, but hell this is fun and motivates me to never give up!! recommended to all ;)
