its not rare at all. just testament to the demand. same for hulk 181. plenty of supply but demand is even greater. but as soon as demand wanes watch what happens to the values

@@jpm74608 Agreed, but then the question is, will the demand ever really drop significantly? It hasn't in many decades, which is why it's still one of the huge (and expensive) keys 50 years later.

Not really comics have been expensive since the 1990s. Of course they weren't as expensive as they are now but they are still expensive.

Yes, I understand… but I think it’s a cool bit of information, to hear what a big dealer thinks about the future of a book or what they predict a “fair price” or “peak” a book might land at. Obviously it’s a prediction and uncertain, but it was cool to hear you talk about it in this video and might make a good addition to future videos or to your infographics.

I think Lady Gaga will drop the value of that book. People are tired of famous weirdos like Puff Daddy, she kind of falls into that category. Maybe not idk, but she's no Margot Robbie or even close, fans may revolt.

@@richardolney1822 No Spider-Gwen isn't going to happen any time soon. Secret wars is the next 'big' plan in Marvel future, but I don't know if even Tom Holland can save them Disney / Marvel from themselves.

@@melw2100 ; investment raises prices, that's why the average collectior can no longer afford major keys, thus damages the hobby. Investment for investment purposes alone is fine, there's always healthy and robust trading to be done outside of dealers and people who flip purely for profit. But you see those who use comicbooks as a cash currency will always lose money in the long run due to the fluctuations in the economic markets. Price too high and that book will not sell. Like for like the collector will always go for the deal that suites his/her pocket. Buy cheap sell high. Think of all the filler that will never reach cover price, these items find there way into dollar bins. The small guy always loses.
