First impressions are always everything and is the reason I left my last shop. I was always looking for new ways of getting my clients into a great experience and it’s hard to do when the owner has different interests that are hard for me to give them great experience and first impressions.

Dope video, I'm a fairly new shop owner and I'm about to do my first booth rental increase how do I have that conversation with the barbers? Is it something I try to get them all together and talk as a group or should I talk to each barber 1 on 1? Etc.

Definitely all together at first , build a great bond with certain barbers that are liked and respected by the rest of the team and make them your enforcers .
