🍳 Cooking Instructions The basic steps for cooking KhoshkaBij are as follows:
First, prepare the beans, then remove the skin, then cut the bean with a knife and remove the second skin. Peel the garlic and grind it with a grater, then pour oil in a pot and add the garlic to it, and when it is roasted a little, add the turmeric.
At this stage, clean the dill and wash it with water, then chop it with a knife. After some time, add the beans to the pot and roast them, then add water to it, then add dill close the lid of the pot, and wait for the water to drain a little.
Add salt to dried beets and then break the egg in the pot and turn off the gas after a while. Pour pepper over the eggs and pour into a serving dish and eat with bread or rice or plain.

beans 500 grams
Garlic 10 cloves
Dill 1 bunch
4 eggs
1 glass of water
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper as needed
