For lunch, I made a very delicious Iranian dish called Persian plum and spinach stew. Whatever I say about its deliciousness, I have said little. It can be made with both meat and chicken. If you are a vegetarian, you can make it without meat. Summer has arrived and the harvest season of garden fruits is slowly arriving. Today, I will make cherry tea with the cherries I harvested, and I will also bake an tasty apple cake with apples from our tree and eggs from our own chickens. On the other hand, to organize and store all kinds of beans, I want to sew linen bags, and I do this with my lovely old sewing machine. I love sewing with this sewing machine. I also preserve the leaves of the grape trees in the form of preserves for the winter. With these leaves, we make a delicious dish called Dolme. Our beautiful, cute and playful kittens are growing up and we enjoy seeing them very much. I hope you enjoy this video of our quiet and simple life in this Iranian village. I love you all 😍

Ingredients for plum and spinach stew: Ingredients for apple cake:
Rice : 3 cups Apple : 3 average
Meat : 300 gr Egg: 2
Plum : 300 gr Lemon : 2
Spinach : 800 gr Sugar : 200 gr
Onion : 2 average Plain flour : 200 gr
Turmeric : 1 tsp Butter : 100 gr
Black pepper : 1 tsp Whole milk : 200 ml
Salt : 1 punch Baking powder : 15 gr
Vegetable oil Cinnamon : 2 gr
Icing sugar for decoation
سلام دوستان عزیز!😊❤ من برگشتم با یه ویدیو دیگه! در این قسمت یک روز دیگر از زندگی من و آران را در خانه مان خارج از شهر می بینید. برای ناهار یه غذای ایرانی خیلی خوشمزه درست کردم به اسم خورش آلو و اسفناج ایرانی. هرچه از خوشمزه بودنش بگویم کم گفته ام. هم با گوشت و هم با مرغ درست میشه. اگر گیاهخوار هستید، می توانید آن را بدون گوشت درست کنید. تابستان از راه رسیده و فصل برداشت میوه های باغی کم کم فرا می رسد. امروز با گیلاس هایی که برداشت کردم چای گیلاس درست می کنم و همچنین یک کیک سیب خوشمزه با سیب درخت خودمان و تخم مرغ از جوجه های خودمان می پزم. از طرفی برای نظم دهی و نگهداری انواع حبوبات می خواهم کیف های کتان بدوزم و این کار را با چرخ خیاطی قدیمی دوست داشتنی ام انجام می دهم. من عاشق خیاطی با این چرخ خیاطی هستم. من همچنین برگ درختان انگور را به صورت کنسرو برای زمستان نگهداری می کنم. با این برگ ها یک غذای خوشمزه به نام دلمه درست می کنیم. بچه گربه های زیبا، ناز و بازیگوش ما در حال بزرگ شدن هستند و ما از دیدن آنها بسیار لذت می بریم. امیدوارم از این ویدیو از زندگی آرام و ساده ما در این روستای ایرانی لذت ببرید. همه شما را دوست دارم 😍
