Im a purple belt and play lasso, one black belt stood up straight like a headlight to counter my guard. I think you should make a video for that😅

That one where you sit-up and get the far underhook is just what I was looking for. Staller who just sit back like a rock does not believe what just happened when I hit him with this super simple sweep tomorrow! Big OSS!

My professor has a great open guard & butterfly guard like MARCELO( Big OSS him) Lasso wasn't his thing so those intricate details he really couldn't give me,but now I have you. Thank you for your educational videos, Professor Marcos. I am a white belt and try to do the lasso every I spar. However, the blue belts and higher belts always counter my attack. They tend to sit flat on one leg, with the other leg positioned in an upright position, leaning their bodies backwards. Is it wise to get the lasso first and then use my free hand to break their posture by pulling down on the collar?
