The biggest problem is the culture, it's a pay me now and be relevant in the media culture. Not a winning culture. They need a head coach that's gonna change the culture. Sure the schemes are terrible but any coach can come in and change schemes but turning this organization around starts when finding a head coach that can change the culture and vibe of this team.

We know Jerry/Stephen aren't going to go away, so that's not what I'm suggesting. However, they do need to accept accountability for their errors, realize that changes need to be made, cede control of football decision making to football guys, and they continue the business decision making. Until that happens, the best we'll get is a playoff team but no SB team.

The hardest thing about the situation is that when we’re bottom in this many categories we’re a bad team!! when we have an offense that struggles to move the ball and a defense they can’t stop the ball. You’re a bad team. It reminds me even though it’s a different sport. In formula one the absolute worst kind of race car you can have is one that’s a draggy in the straits and has no grip in the turns. That’s what our Cowboys are in the NFL equivalent.

@Cowboys Tom, defensively Malik Hooker can't cover or tackle. Wilson can't cover. I think its time to give the reigns over to the young bucks and let them play. Juanyeh Thomas and Bell are far better tacklers and coverage safety than our current starters. It's time for change, and Mike/Jerry refuse to do so.

@thechosenone3607 I agree a fully healthy defense will help us vastly and I agree with us needing to obtain some more talent. We can improve the running back room and the receiving core by just making some calls, but Jerry still thinks this sinking ship is still afloat. Hell Khalil Herbert has played like 9 snaps all year so far, and he is a far better running back than what we have at the moment. Pretty sure the Bears would shop him for a bag of chips.

@Cowboys Tom, the amount of time we run the ball has never been the problem. It's how our rushing attack is orchestrated. It's bland and predictable. Run to right side A gap and run to the left side A. Nothing changes. Zeke's legs aren't the same. Dowdle isn't Henry or (insert and larger powerful runner) to be constantly running up the middle for more than 75% of your rushing attempts. This blocking/run scheme is fucking terrible. Teams literally come out and pass defense and just pin their ears back to come after Dak because there is nothing to fear on the ground from our part. I think its time to sit Zeke and elevate Dalvin Cooks from the practice squad and start running outside zone, duo, counters, tosses, and more screens with Dowdle, Cooks, and more Hunter Luepke. No more of this inside zone. So upsetting. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GET STARTED ON MIKE MCCARTHY'S PASS PLAY CALLING.

Ownership, lack of depth at all position - QB , no true leader on this team , we have dogs on this roster all of them left last year didn’t do nothing in the offseason to improve this team fully lying about can’t afford RB or other players only worry about there draft picks and average or below average free agents signing , this team ant going far as long Jerry and Stephen jones in here and quiet frankly the players should be gone too I’ll keep micha , Lawrence , Dak and some of the offensive linemen but everyone else can be gone after this year I’ll tank and get a top 10 or 15 pick in the draft and sign player in the free agents

1. Jones' only uses one aspect of free agents drafting. Rarely trades, very rarely sign more than Kmart special players. 2. Jerry Jones refuses to let his ego go and get out of the Cowboys way to win. 3. Allowing his son to have any say in any aspect of this team 4. Jerry Jones keeps his players as family instead of employees which causes him to over pay for mediocre talent. 5. Inability to draft well in the second round of the draft .
