Listen, the Boys are soft, SO many former players (I played D1) are calling them soft. We need. acoach who is not going to put up with 'soft' play. It is a coachable thing, when you play soft you get injured more and guess what... we're seeing a ton of injuries. We need to get someone in who is going to raise the bar on toughness. PLEASE let's take a look at what Detroit is doing, what Baltimore has always done (Their D is getting soft too but you get my point) and let's coach for toughness. Mentally it will help us with penalties too.

I think it was Troy Aikman that said the problem was the culture at the star. It's a lame duck year last year McCarthy started off super slow the first 5 games, I think you ride it out then fire him and blow it up. Unless McCarthy just lays 4 or 5 more eggs in a row then maybe you fire him early to clear the stink it's still a little early.

If it’s an offensive minded coach, I would pick either Ben Johnson from Detroit or Joe Brady from Buffalo. If we go with a defensive minded coach, maybe Aaron Glenn from Detroit. I honestly don’t think Dallas will interview Bill Belichick. As for the interim coach if Mike McCarthy gets fired, I’d say promote either Al Harris or John Fassel for the rest of the season.

Definitely often minded I prefer that in my college coaches and my professional coaches they seem to be more ingenuity and more flexible and creative. The only exceptions to the defensive guys being that way are be careful, Nick Saban and just look at Brett Oklahoma proves my point.

HC MM and DC Zimmer are at the end of their contacts. Jerry is not going to renew and will let them walk and move on. There's no "Blow it up". Older players with expiring contacts, underperforming players, will be let go. But the core players will be back next year, with new draft picks. And hopefully some elite free agents. There is no "Blow it up" happening. There will be a new HC and DC/OC. All these things happen every year in the NFL.

All I know is they need to bring in an up-and-coming young bright mind. So I love the Ben Johnson idea getting him from Detroit. I really don't like the bill check idea. I don't think he can make that much of an impact at his age plus, I don't think he's going to take the job without more control. Mike Vrabel might be a good choice. FM….we need a younger, more innovative and scheme based offense that literally allows for a plug and play system. The 49ers literally ran the same offense and had the same production with Jimmy G and Purdy due to the scheme, creativity, motion and efficiency with various players that Shanahan has brilliantly put in place. Granted they do have better players at the skill positions, but our offense STRAIGHT BORING! We fool NO ONE and are predictable as hell! Watching the Cowboys has become depressing sad to say…smdh

Dallas has to be one of the worst places to coach Jerry had Quinn and he didn’t make him head coach he let so many players leave and didn’t make any roster changes to make the team better now they are the like the Giants looking so bad and they could’ve prevented this the players are soft the coaches are bad the front office is bad the fan base aren’t saying anything that needs to be said but I will this is not the Cowboys I grew to love in 80’s and 90’s this is a bad team year after year and the jones are making excuses they need to go or stay out of the front office Jerry has no idea how to make a team great
