I love this video! So great to see easy quick healthy meals. Could you include ingredients for the next one? What are the things you used in the toaster with your egg salad? I'm in Canada, and it is sometimes difficult to get specialized items. I love how real your recipes are though, most ingredients are everyday items.

I lost 3 lbs this week thank God. I stayed in a calorie deficit and only ate breakfast and dinner. Fruit . I also drank detox tea every morning. I'm with you I determined to stay in my calorie deficit and get out of the 200s.i have a sweet tooth so to fight my cravings every week I bake a really healthy snack. Like banana bread using whole wheat flour no white sugar or dairy butter. I also do oat bran muffins

This video is so chaotic😂 Love these ideas! I’d honestly have to add like a minute to each of these because that’s how long it would take me to pull all the ingredients out of the fridge/pantry and get all the supplies (cutting board, bowls, utensils etc…)😅
Would love to know where you got the glass jar with the white screw on lid that you used for the dressing. Looks like perfect type of thing for meal prepping and storage!
